    Sales Operations Analyst

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct a thorough analysis of sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
    • Streamline and optimize sales workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Administer and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for the sales team.
    • Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting processes to enhance strategic planning.
    • Collaborate with various departments to align strategies and improve overall business performance.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales operations or a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technology.
    • Salesforce and Zoho are an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
