    Sales Representative

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
    • Identify and target potential clients including schools, companies, and associations.

    Client Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, companies, and associations.
    • Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the benefits of our high-end dental procedures.

    Deal Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate and close high-end procedure deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and Zoom36 Dental Care.
    •  Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to the needs of each client.

    Market Analysis:

    •   Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
    • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to refine sales strategies.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a thorough understanding of the procedures offered and their benefits.

    Client Follow-Up

    • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
    • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
    •  Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Business Manager.
    • Track and report on sales performance and progress toward targets.
    • Traveling is required for client meetings and presentations.
    • Flexible working hours to accommodate client schedules.
