    Senior Marketing Manager

    The Senior Marketing and Sales Manager at our Client organization will lead the marketing and sales team to drive business growth and increase market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing and sales within the alternative energy sector. The Senior Marketing and Sales Manager will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, manage sales activities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

    Strategic Planning

    • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

    Sales Management 

    • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.

    Marketing Campaigns

    • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotions.
    • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness.

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

    Product Development and Positioning 

    • Collaborate with the product development team to align products with market needs.
    • Position products effectively to maximize market penetration.

    Budget Management

    • Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget.
    • Monitor and control expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.

    Team Leadershi

    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing marketing and sales team.
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback.

    Reporting and Analytics

    • Track and report on key performance metrics.
    • Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve marketing and sales outcomes.

    Qualifications & Experience Needed:

    Education

    • BSc/HND degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

    Experience– Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and sales management.

    Proven track record in the alternative/green energy sector.

    Skills/competencies

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
