    Senior Sales Engineer - Renewable & Sales Manager

    The Role

    You Will Be Responsible For

    • Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.
    • Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.
    • Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
    • Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed.
    • Ensuring proper use of the database and tools to track performance.
    • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
    • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
    • Planning and implementing integrated CRM initiatives to deliver business objectives.
    • Creating and executing CRM campaigns that improve onboarding and engagement and reduce churn.
    • Ensuring the correctness of customer data and drive any data cleansing activities.
    • Continually testing and refining campaigns to gain insight and maximise usage and uptake.
    • Acting as the main internal contact person for requests/issues pertaining to CRM.
    • Delivering effective sales skills trainings to the sales teams.
    • Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real life situations.
    • Managing a team of 11-50 people.

    Ideal Profile

    • You have at least 5 years experience within a B2C Sales or CRM Manager role, ideally within the Environment / Renewable Energy / Sustainability and Manufacturing industry.
    • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
    • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
    • You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
