Store Manager at Spring of Life and Fountain of Wisdom Schools

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Store.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and staff supervision.
• Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, pricing, and merchandising.
• Train, mentor, and motivate store staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
• Collaborate with school administration to align the bookstore's goals.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to manage sales data, inventory records, and financial reports.

Requirements:

• A strong practicing Spirit-filled Christian, with a deep commitment to Christian values and principles.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or bookstore environment.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful vendor and supplier relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school administration, faculty, and staff.
• Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
