    Strategy Officer

    Facilitate the implementation of the Fund’s strategy in line with its mission, monitor the Fund’s performance to ensure that its strategic goals and objectives are met.

    Job Responsibilites

    • Assist with the preparation/documentation of the Fund’s corporate strategic / business plan, goals and objectives and drive the implementation of crafted strategy.
    • Design an efficient portfolio management system to ensure adequate allocation, monitoring and tracking of LSETF portfolio.
    • Formulate and facilitate the implementation of programs and initiatives to target funding from various donors.
    • Monitor and report the implementation of the strategic plan.
    • Provide support with the development of the LSETF impact framework and conduct periodic impact analysis of LSETF activities.
    • Analyze and forecast LSETF funding requirement.
    • Identify and articulate the engagement strategy for potential funding partners.
    • Monitor relationships with funding and delivery partners and evaluate the performance of partners in line with the Fund’s objectives.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • First degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related social science course from a reputable higher institution
    • A minimum of 4 years relevant experience, relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
