    Team Lead, Marketing

    Description

    • You're not just a marketer; you're a content maestro, a podcast guru, a lead-generation magician. With a deep understanding of the accounting-tech domain, you’ll ensure our brand messages hit the right notes and resonate with our target audience.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Lead & Inspire: Steer the marketing team with passion, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve and make a statement.
    • Content Direction: Guide our content strategy, ensuring our voice resonates across all platforms, especially in the accounting-tech domain.
    • Podcast Production: Oversee our podcast from idea to airing, ensuring top-tier quality and engagement.
    • Master of All Marketing Realms: Be adept in both online and offline marketing techniques.
    • Lead Generation: Craft strategies to guarantee a minimum of 100,000 leads per month across our brands.
    • Team Expansion: Recognize talent and bring onboard the right people to fortify our marketing endeavors.

    Requirements

    • Experience: At least 7 years in marketing leadership roles, with specific experience in the luxury and accounting-tech sectors.
    • Domain Knowledge: A solid background in accounting or finance, giving you a strong understanding of the accounting-tech industry and its audience.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. Accounting or finance coursework or experience is essential.
    • Skills: Exceptional abilities in content strategy, podcast production, and both online and offline marketing techniques.
    • Proven Results: Demonstrable success in lead generation and brand elevation.
    • Nice to haves: Experience selling products, luxury brands, knowledge or interest in accounting/finance will be helpful
