    Technical Support Staff

    Job Description

    • Our company is looking for an IT Service Delivery Associate to be responsible for implementing cloud software used to run business operations, providing technical support, implementing best practices, ensuring IT policies are adhered to and training employees on how to use the software system.
    • To be successful in this role, you will need to be eager to learn the software's inner workings, understand the rudiments of IT support, and the motivations of the various users, and have good communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in an IT administrator role is an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage a help desk (IT Support services)
    • Ensure that team members are familiar with IT service delivery processes and best practices. Offering training as necessary.
    • Maintain the map of business processes to services
    • Assist with integration of cloud services (Zoho)
    • Implement mechanisms to keep downward pressure on spending such as turning off development resources (where unused out of business hours) and limiting subscriptions to those who need them for their role
    • Manage end-user adds, edits, and deletes to subscription services through a central directory
    • Manage the onboarding and exiting of staff in terms of cloud service subscriptions
    • Run compliance reports on cloud services users and usage
    • Service catalog ownership and control.
    • Knowledge of Zoho is an added advantage.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other IT-related field
    • 1-3years of experience in IT Implementation.
    • Hands-on experience with Zoho
    • Strong project management skills, able to manage complex projects with many moving pieces, use Zoho capabilities and agile processes for project management, and oversee task completion.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Data analysis and reporting skills both within and outside of the Zoho platform.
    • Own a computer and smartphone
    • Have moderate IT technical skills and knowledge of server management and cloud services
    • Strong ability to learn on the job
    • A commitment to excellent customer service.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Competency in internet navigation and cloud based tools
    • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
