    VAS & Carrier Service Analyst

    Key Responsibilities:

    VAS Product Strategy:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for VAS products to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Define product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.

    Product Development:

    • Collaborate with product development teams to identify new VAS product opportunities.
    • Provide market insights and customer feedback to shape the development of new VAS offerings.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

    Product Launch and Promotion:

    • Plan and execute product launches, including developing marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotions.
    • Collaborate with creative agencies to create compelling marketing materials.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Partner Management:
    • Identify and manage partnerships with third-party content providers and VAS partners.
    • Negotiate agreements, contracts, and revenue-sharing models with partners.
    • Ensure partners' content and services align with company's brand and customer expectations.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with product development, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product launches and customer experiences.
    • Collaborate with other marketing teams to align VAS products with broader marketing initiatives.

    Customer Insights and Feedback:

    • Gather customer feedback and insights to enhance product offerings and user experiences.
    • Utilize customer data and analytics to make data-driven decisions.

     Revenue Growth:

    • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to VAS products, such as revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling VAS products to existing customers.

    Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

    • Ensure all marketing activities and partnerships comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
