    Admin Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
    • Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
    • Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases
    • Conferring with the accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
    • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
    • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
    • Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers
    • Arrange travel and accommodations and book meeting rooms for in-house and external events

    Qualifications and Skills

    • HND / B.Sc Degree in relevant field
    • 1-2 years proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
    • Working knowledge of necessary productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Ms Outlook, Ms Word, Ms Excel Specifically).
    • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn how to use standard office equipment, such as fax machines, modern phone systems, and copy machines.
    • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
    • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients.
    • Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team.
    • Attention to details.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N100,000 / month.

    Pharmacist

    Responsibilities

    • Review and execute physician’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality
    • Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster
    • Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration
    • Listen carefully to customers to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice
    • Provide assistance other medical services such as injections, blood pressure/ temperature measurements, etc.
    • Prepare medicine when appropriate using correct dosages and material for each individual patient
    • Keep records of patient history and of all activities regarding heavy medication
    • Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Pharmacy
    • 2 to 3 years of Proven experience as a pharmacist
    • Thorough understanding of dosage administration and measurement, chemical compounds, medical brands, etc.
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Pharmacy information systems (eg. MediTech, Mediware etc.)
    • Good organizing skills
    • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
    • Integrity and compassion
    • Valid license to practice the profession.

    Salary
    N120,000 / month.

    Office Assistant

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a smart and energetic male or female who will support the day-to-day activities of various departments in the company location.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensures the Front desk is tidy and presentable.
    • Answer questions, enquiries and address complaints.
    • Take Messages and redirect to appropriate quarters.
    • Manage store, monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
    • Keeps and Updated records and files
    • Work with the office maintenance team to ensure a clean and habitable
    • environment.
    • Support area office team with any other duties assigned.

    Other Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
    • Familiar with the use of existing office machines (Printer, Computers etc.)
    • Ability to support a large team
    • Proven experience as an Administrative staff
    • Excellent organizational and Multi-tasking abilities.
    • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Especially MS Word & Excel)
    • Experience using spreadsheets
    • Organizational skills on all fronts
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Age: 18-25 years.
