    Admin Officer

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Officer at Infytel Communications in Lagos.
    • The Admin Officer will be responsible for general administration tasks, communication, administrative assistance, customer service, and organization skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • In charge of all general office operations.
    • Responsible for facility management and statutory bills (electricity, waste management, etc.)
    • Received and processed communication channels, including email, phone
    • Answered employee questions regarding administrative matters and redirected, as necessary, to the appropriate party
    • Prepared expense reports and office budgets.
    • Hired maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
    • Maintained and updated company statutory documents and information
    • Organized events and meetings
    • Maintained company assets register by capturing details of all assets in use by a team member

    Qualifications

    • General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Proficient in using office software and tools
    • Prior experience in administrative roles

    Senior Application Support Engineer [Actimize]

    Responsibilities

    • Leverage 10+ years of experience in application support to provide exceptional technical support to end-users throughout the Actimize implementation lifecycle (pre-go-live, go-live, post-go-live).
    • Partner with Business Analysts and Developers to gain thorough understanding of Actimize functionalities and configurations specific to the client's implementation.
    • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from development to user acceptance testing (UAT) and production rollout.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation for 
    • Actimize, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and quick reference materials.
    • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving  inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex  problems to the development team.
    • Analyze user feedback and identify opportunities for system  improvement and configuration optimization.
    • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to train new support  staff on Actimize functionalities and support procedures.
    • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and  proactively address them to minimize disruptions.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest Actimize releases, updates, and  best practices to ensure efficient support.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information  Technology (IT), or a related field (preferred).
    • 10+ years of experience in application support with a  demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex  technical issues.
    • Experience supporting financial services applications or risk  management solutions is a plus.
    • Working knowledge of Actimize functionalities or a similar  financial crime risk management platform is highly desirable.
