    Brand Manager

    Job Description

    • As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our brand identity, ensuring its resonance with the target audience and contributing to overall business growth.
    • Your expertise in brand strategy, creative execution, and market analysis will be essential in driving brand success and building lasting customer relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    Brand Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Define brand positioning, differentiation, and unique value propositions.
    • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape.

    Campaign Planning and Execution:

    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend optimization strategies.

    Brand Identity and Messaging:

    • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
    • Ensure all brand communications maintain the desired brand image and values.
    • Create and manage brand guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.

    Product Launch and Promotion:

    • Lead the development of brand strategies for new product launches.
    • Create impactful product messaging and collateral for promotional activities.
    • Monitor market response and adapt strategies as needed.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with the design team to create compelling visual assets.
    • Work with sales and marketing teams to align brand initiatives with sales objectives.
    • Engage with external partners and agencies to execute branding initiatives.

    Market Analysis and Insights:

    • Monitor market trends, consumer behaviors, and industry developments.
    • Translate market insights into actionable strategies for brand growth.
    • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.

    Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage budgets for brand campaigns and initiatives.
    • Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize brand impact.

    Brand Performance Evaluation:

    • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of branding efforts.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to management.
    • Make data-driven recommendations for continuous brand improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of branding principles and market dynamics.
    • Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Results-driven mindset with a strategic outlook.

    Onsite Interior Architect

    Key Accountabilities

    • Provide assistance in the creation of preliminary plans and design concepts.
    • Assist in analyzing design objectives in accordance to clients’ needs
    • Provide input in creation of design concept statements.
    • Render designs
    • Perform market research work in a bid to understand trends and likes of customers.
    • Order samples from vendors and handle presentations creation activities
    • Assist with sample selections, hand sketches, drawings, schedules, and boards.
    • Create specifications manuals such as room layouts.
    • Provide design, clerical and administrative support to interior designers.
    • Maintain knowledge of space planning, floor finish plans and elevations.
    • Manage design libraries of resources and maintain files and binders.
    • Assist with marketing developments and associated activities.
    • Take minutes at client’s meetings and recording.
    • Provide support in creating sourcing materials and CAD plans for various projects.
    • Act as a bridge between interior designers and project team
    • Assist in handling communication with clients through telephones, emails and official letters.
    • Assist with installations, coordinate deliveries and handle post installation follow up activities.
    • Check in receipt of merchandise and sign for packages.
    • Must be prepared to respond to multi-task job schedule for daily routine.
    • Maintain high levels of concentration and attention to detail, and work with a team approach to accomplish tasks.
    • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively gather and disseminate information and respond to questions from groups of mangers.
    • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and Word, AUTOCAD, Photoshop or other design tools
    • Must maintain professional appearance appropriate for job tasks and maintain proper business etiquette.
    • Maintain/organize project files, schedules, and specifications.
    • Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
    • Create multiple design options to help clients visualize their desires.
    • Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects. This includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections and reflected ceiling plans.
    • Site survey / measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.
    • Experience in researching, selecting, and specifying materials and finishes.
    • Prioritize use of sustainable design trends and materials
    • Demonstrate fluency with basic residential and small-scale commercial building materials, details, and construction techniques.

    Requirements

    • BSc / Masters in a Creative and Designs related discipline
    • At least 3-4 years of experience as an Architect in an interior works and space management or related roles.
    • Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Microsoft office suite, Lumion, Vray.
    • Experience in architectural project management is an added advantage.
    • Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, fast paced team player.
    • Strong technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of architectural conventions, including floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, electrical and millwork.
    • Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing.
    • Strong understanding of and proficiency in producing all schedules.
    • Job site experience includes working with architects, builders, and landscape architects, measuring and producing as-built documents.

    Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Pitch the company'sproducts to distributors, retailers and other B2B channel partners including developing and submitting proposals
    • Devise and implement strategies for driving B2B sales including merchandising activities
    • Manage relationships with existing distributors, retailers and other B2B channel partners including maintaining inventory records Identify new channel partners and business opportunities leveraging networking, referrals and market research to expand customer base
    • Any other tasks that may fall due

    Requirements

    • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or similar.
    • Keen interest in beauty and cosmetics industry
    • Experience in SME
    • Experience in B2B
    • A minimum of two years experience gained within beauty or retail in a business development or marketing role
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Commercial understanding
    • Excellent team working and communication skills
    • Have a flexible, open minded and professional attitude
    • Extremely well organised with strong planning and prioritising skills
    • Excellent written and verbal English
    • A keen eye for detail when it comes to written communications.
