    Area Sales Manager

    SUMMARY

    As the beauty brand is rapidly expanding, an Area Sales Manager is needed to join the Sales Team to carry out the following;

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop new leaders in the geographical area
    • Participate in all field actions (prospecting, trainings, events)
    • Set targets for the independent consultants, follow-up and ensure achieving them.
    • Prepare and conduct regular meetings and trainings
    • Coach consultants during field actions
    • Follow up on Sales KPIs and ongoing actions

    REQUIREMENT:

    • Experience in Sales/Customer service position
    • Experience managing teams
    • Great communication skills
    • Applicant must live within the state location
    • Advanced interpersonal and leadership skills;
    • Ability to motivate and influence others
    • Proven analytical and communication skills
    • Can-do, proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task
    • Knowledge of MS Office (Power point, Excel and Outlook)
    • Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of other local languages highly appreciated

    Senior Sales Officer

    Job Responsibilities:

    Sales Manager would have the following responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
    2. Identify target markets and industries for business development opportunities.
    3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
    4. Collaborate with the senior management team to establish sales goals and objectives.

    New Client Acquisition:

    1. Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
    2. Conduct client needs assessments to understand their recruitment requirements and propose tailored solutions.
    3. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
    4. Negotiate and finalize contract agreements with clients.

    Account Management:

    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
    2. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving recruitment needs and provide ongoing support.
    3. Offer strategic guidance to clients on recruitment trends, market insights, and talent acquisition strategies.
    4. Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to clients.
    5. Lead nurturing through social media post and paid promotions.
    6. Handling End to End sales cycle for all business verticals and responsible to close the deal.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    1. Prepare regular sales reports, including revenue forecasts, pipeline analysis, and sales performance metrics.
    2. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales effectiveness.
    3. Provide insightful feedback to the senior management team on market trends, client feedback, and competitive insights.
    4. Accountable for all client proposals, contract creation and documentation.

    Requirements and skills:

    1. Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry, including understanding of recruitment processes and practices.
    2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
    3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    4. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
    5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
    7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    8. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a relevant field.
    9. 7 to 8 years proven experience in Sales, preferably in the recruitment industry or related field. Knowledge of HR processes will be an added advantage

    Junior Accounting Personnel

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Process accounts payable and receivable
    • Utilize database software to organize financial account information
    • Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
    • Make regular follow up with Customer Care Department to contact with clients to ensure payment
    • Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
    • Review both incoming and outgoing invoices
    • Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities
    • Create and Validate Purchase Orders to be issued to Vendors on request of Project Management Department
    • Create Customer wise Profit & Loss Account
    • Computation, Filling and Remittance of Taxes such as: VAT, WHT, PAYE
    • Bank Reconciliation
    • Inventory Accounting & Verification
    • Payroll Computation

    Academic Qualification

    • Master's degree in business administration or account preferred
    • A Certified Public Accountant title is preferred

    • Experience using accounting software, such as FreshBooks and Tally

    Experience

    • Minimum of 1 - 5 years of experience as an accounts officer, junior accountant or a finance officer with experience in the above listed areas.

    Remuneration: ₦90, 000 – ₦120, 000 (Monthly Gross)
