    Chief Marketing Officer

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies.
    • Oversee digital marketing, advertising, and public relations activities
    • Manage patient acquisition and retention initiatives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies.
    • Develop and implement community outreach programs.
    • Collaborate with other departments to promote hospital services.
    • Monitor marketing performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
    • Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity in marketing initiatives.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role particularly in healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG or banking sector. HMO experience is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of sales, marketing.
    • Brand value strategy development and implementation.
    • Proven leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and creative skills.
    • Strong analytical and market research skills.
    • Hands on experience with driving impactful positive branding and digital marketing campaigns.
    • Ability to drive an effective and result oriented team

    Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)

    key responsibilities:

    • ⁠Provide strategic direction and leadership to the nursing department.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient nursing operations.
    • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.
    • Ensure that patient care services are delivered in accordance with established standards and best practices.
    • Monitor patient care quality and implement improvements as needed.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and outcomes.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
    • Oversee the preparation for and response to regulatory audits and inspections.
    • Maintain uptodate knowledge of changes in healthcare laws and regulations.
    • ⁠⁠Develop and manage the nursing department's budget.
    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure costeffective operations.
    •  ⁠⁠Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising patient care quality.
    • Lead initiatives to improve patient safety and quality of care.
    • Analyze data related to patient outcomes and implement changes to enhance care delivery.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the nursing staff.
    • Work closely with other executive leaders to align nursing goals with organizational objectives.
    • Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and other departments.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families.
    • Promote ongoing professional development and education for nursing staff.
    • Encourage participation in continuing education and professional organizations.
    • ⁠⁠Mentor and support nursing leaders and emerging talent within the organization.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan.
    • Identify trends and opportunities in nursing and healthcare to drive strategic initiatives.
    • Advocate for resources and support necessary to achieve nursing department goals.

    Requirements:

    • RN/RM qualification
    • Minimum of 15 years of nursing experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of nursing regulations and standards
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Relocation support can be discussed. Healthcare cover, Pension and leave allowances included in remuneration package.

    Chief Administrative / HR Officer

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure that all clinical staff are up to date on practicing and industry regulatory license.
    • Oversee recruitment, training and performance management of staff.
    • Ensure company compliance with HR regulations and labor laws, particularly as affecting the healthcare industry.
    • Manage employee relations and promote a positive work environment.
    • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • Certifcation with an HR Certfying body i.e CIPM, SHRM, etc
    • Minimum of 10 years of HR and administrative experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in healthcare (Hospitals, HMOS and Pharmaceuticals)
    • Strong understanding of HR regulations and labor laws.
    • Proven leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational management abilities.
    • Experience managing large teams fo over 100 staff
    • Strong document control experience using any of the various ERPs.
    • Experience using HRIS software

    Head, Finance

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team;
    • Provide strategic financial recommendations to the CEO/Chairman and members of the executive management team;
    • Conduct financial due diligence and appraisal;
    • Prepare budgets, financial planning, forecasts and financial models including ratio analysis;
    • Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting;
    • Manage statutory compliances and Internal Auditing;
    • Establish and maintain relations with external partners and stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
    • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
    • Monitor financial performance and implement improvement plans.
    • Manage documentation across the online banking platform
    • Manage interactions with banks/bankers for seamless transcation.
    • Collaborate with other departments to support financial decisionmaking.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum Bsc in Accounting. Msc or MBA is an added advantage;
    • Strong experience in investment analysis, financing and management;
    • Ability to work with financial software and setup proper accounting systems;
    • Strong Audit experience;
    • Verifiable minimum 10 years requisite experience with at least 5 years in a Managerial position preferably in the healthcare industry.
    • ICAN certified. FMI certification is an added advantage.
