    Client Advisor (Business Development)

    • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and market developments.
    • Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

    What To Have

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with use of google suite applications for areas like proposal writing, pitch decks etc, CRM software (e.g.Folk CRM, Zoho CRM, Salesforce etc), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
    • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
    • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategies.

    • We are seeking to employ an experienced and passionate Career Advisor to join our team as a part-time consultant.
    • In this role, you will provide personalized career guidance and support to professionals at various stages of their careers, helping them navigate challenges, set goals, and achieve success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions with individuals seeking guidance on career planning, job search strategies, resume writing, interview preparation, and professional development.

    • Proven experience in career counseling, coaching, or advising, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities, with a client-centered approach to coaching.
    • Familiarity with career assessment tools, job search techniques, and career development resources.
    • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
    • Certification in career counseling or coaching is a big plus.

    • Strong understanding of leadership principles, organizational dynamics, and executive-level challenges.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
    • Certification in executive coaching from a recognized coaching institute or organization.
    • Experience working with diverse industries and cultures is preferred.
