    Content Strategist, Paytoken & Inclusio

    Drive growth and engagement across identified audiences via relevant, interesting, and engaging content designed to position Interswitch brands and products favourably, thereby attracting new prospects and retaining existing customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos and sales enablement collaterals
    • Develop branded copy that adheres to brand tone of voice and drives consistency across Interswitch communication to support the company’s priorities
    • Takes a proactive, investigative approach to finding compelling stories relevant to the organization and its customers
    • Pitch content ideas for digital channels to Marketing teams and leadership
    • Tell inspiring stories about Interswitch's technology capabilities and customer focus
    • Find ways to tell these stories creatively and expand readership through digital tools and platforms
    • Create in-house videos (short videos, interviews, etc) and establish digital posting cadence for the videos based on audience and platform
    • Engage full suite of communications tools to monitor and analyze print, digital and online media sources for issues and policies relevant to the corporation and industry
    • Writes, edits, proofreads and publishes web features, infographics, blogs, and other multimedia across the company’s digital channels
    • Supports a data driven approach by altering and improving tactics based on insights and analytics to reach the intended audience
    • Works closely with the media monitoring & rapid response team and serves as main backup for media monitoring team
    • Explores new and innovative approaches to brand storytelling

    Requirements

    • BSc in any related field/discipline
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in contents strategy creating engaging content for all platforms

    Lead, Strategy & Insights

    Department: Indeco - Industry Ecosystem & Platforms

    Description

    • To act as the strategy and insights champion, entrenching a culture where managers and members in the Business Division make data-driven decisions and to support the development and execution of the business strategy, with reference to Interswitch Indeco’s strategic direction.

    Responsibilities
    Strategy Business Partner:

    • Provide strategic support to businesses and sometimes act as first-line advisor on operational issues
    • Provide support to all business resources and monitor all requirements for various value-added service
    • Work with process development and resource teams and prepare appropriate schedule
    • Insights and Reporting
    • Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports
    • Analyse complex data and identify requirements for business enhancement during sales projects’ implementation
    • Report improvement opportunities to sales/business strategies and operational plans according to business priorities and budget margins
    • Develop weekly progress reports which include activities progress against set timelines, key risk and control indicators, and overall improvements on current processes and procedures that minimize relevant risks
    • Submit reports to Head, Strategy and Excellence
    • Data Collection, Analysis, Assessment and Control
    • Work independently to collate and analyse data using predetermined tools, methods, and formats to create standard insights
    • Monitor team members' use of the customer relationship management system (CRM), identifying and resolving standard issues and escalating these to a senior manager as appropriate
    • Support creation of machine learning algorithms by applying standard statistical analysis or data preparation methods.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment
    • Attend meetings led by Head, Strategy and Excellence, along with relevant stakeholders, and acquire needs on business strategies requirements
    • Execute sales mitigation activities in line with communicated requirements
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, clients, and consultants in sales ecosystem.

    Operational Compliance:

    • Develop knowledge and understanding of the organisation's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards
    • Obtain authorisation from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure
    • Policy and Process Development & Implementation
    • Work within established procedures to achieve specified goals
    • Execute sales and business strategy according to plan and detailed activities
    • Review sales and business issues in line with sales and business processes, systems, and procedures, and find solutions to ad-hoc problems
    • Support strategies development and execution for Interswitch’s business intelligence processes
    • Prepare data architecture and strategies and provide business object solutions as per requirements.

    Requirements

    • University First Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Sales and Marketing or any Finance related field
    • At least 7 years’ experience in strategy and data analysis and reporting in the financial or FinTech industry to enable the job holder to deal with most situations and to advise others
    • At least 2 years’ experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited -timeframes.

    Team Lead, Performance Marketing and SEO

    Department: Group Marketing & Corporate Communications

    Description

    • To support the growth of Interswitch’s products and brands using digital channels, whilst championing content excellence, operational effectiveness and resource efficiency from a digital marketing and engagement viewpoint.

    Responsibilities

    • Grow Interswitch’s customer base, particularly through robust app marketing
    • Improve customer activity and retention through strategic and data driven digital campaigns
    • Analyse digital/consumer data to draw key recommendations around product optimization (USSD, web and app)
    • Collaborate with the product and marketing team to execute on performance driven campaigns
    • Prepare accurate and insightful reports on all digital campaigns
    • Set up A/B testing with reporting and optimize performance based on findings
    • Run and monitor marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, newsletters and paid media
    • Contact and partner with relevant 3rd party ad suppliers to boost digital campaigns
    • Drive traffic to Interswitch’s website and optimize for lead generation and conversions
    • Create and manage social media marketing strategies while improving the brand’s social presence
    • Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Evaluate emerging technologies
    • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    • Monitor performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met
    • Manage creative agency to develop assets required for digital marketing.

    Requirements

    • Good First Degree from a reputable institution
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in digital marketing with preferred experience in data-driven, highly competitive, complex, dynamic and digital environments such as payments & fintech, financial services, e-commerce, telecoms.
    • Agency experience with Brands in this sector would also be considered.
