    Data Analyst

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team.
    • This role is to drive the organization's data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets.
    • As a key member of our team, the incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design data solutions, and implement strategies for effective data management.
    • From constructing data pipelines to generating actionable insights, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping the organization's data infrastructure.

    Responsibilities and Deliverables:

    • Develop and implement robust data collection processes, ensuring accuracy through regular validation checks
    • Design and maintain databases to store and retrieve data efficiently. Optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
    • Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze large datasets. Interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights for decision-making
    • Implement Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to transform raw data into usable formats. Streamline and automate data workflows for efficiency.
    • Create visually compelling reports and dashboards using tools like Google Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms. Communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Work closely with teams from various departments to understand their data needs. Collaborate on projects and provide data-driven insights to support business goals.
    • Monitor data systems for performance and efficiency. Identify opportunities for optimization and implement improvements to enhance overall data processing.
    • Document data processes, methodologies, and best practices. Share knowledge within the team and contribute to the development of a robust data knowledge base.

    Qualifications, Functional Skills and Experiences:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
    • Post Graduate Degree (MBA, M.Sc., etc.) an added advantage
    • Certifications will be an added advantage
    • Experience in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights. Proficient in creating reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
    • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining databases. Knowledgeable in database optimization, indexing, and troubleshooting.
    • Hands-on experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, ensuring efficient data transformation and integration across systems.
    • Proficient in creating compelling visualizations using tools such as Google Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms. Ability to communicate complex findings through visual representation.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams from various departments, understanding their data needs, and providing valuable insights.
    • Managed and prioritized multiple data-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high- quality results within deadlines.

    DevOps Engineer

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team. The DevOps Engineer will bridge the gap between software development and IT operations, and ensure that the development, testing, and deployment of software applications are done in a seamless and efficient manner.
    • Also responsible for automating software delivery, managing infrastructure, monitoring performance, and ensuring the overall reliability and security of the software system.

    • Strong knowledge of software development processes, methodologies, and tools, as well as IT operations and infrastructure management
    • Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins
    • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
    • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
    • Familiarity with networking and network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
    • Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
    • Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle

    Requirements:

    • BA/B.Sc./HND in Advertising, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism and Marketing or related field (2.2/Upper Credit Minimum)
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the telecommunications/technology sector or advertising agency.
    • Experience working within a group marketing structure.

    Financial Accountant

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform company accounting operations such as amortization of
    • invoices, accruals for unbilled, suspense accounts and revenue recognition.
    • This includes daily posting and amortization of invoices and credit notes into the accounting system.
    • Perform monthly revenue trend analysis and review.
    • This includes comparison of financial information from different periods
    • Preparation of financial reports and schedules including financial planning, analysis and reporting activities as per company standards
    • Assist in financial audit and implementation of audit recommendations.
    • This includes internal control assessments and recommendations.
    • Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial transactions such as invoices, credit notes, receipts, subscriptions, CDRs and Bank reconciliation in a timely manner. Submission of monthly account reports for Billing to Company accountant.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2.2/Upper Credit B.Sc / HND degree in Accounting or any related course
    • Must be a Chartered Accountant
    • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
    • Must have had a good experience working within fast growing companies in developing markets –Telecoms sector would be an added advantage.
