    Digital Marketer

    Requirements

    • Five ( 5)+ years of experience in digital marketing, with focus in e-commerce.
    • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through digital marketing channels
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social, SEO, PPC, email, and influencer marketing.
    • Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.
    • Experience with digital marketing tools and technologies such as, google analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

    Regional Sales Manager, Southeast

    Job description

    • The regional sales manager provides ongoing support to distribute product and provide service.
    • Additionally, the regional sales manager manages a sales team in the specified area.
    • Ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.
    • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
    • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
    • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
    • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
    • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
    • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
    • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
    • Create sales goals for each store and communicate them to store management
    • Evaluate metrics on specific product lines and instruct Store Managers to adjust inventory appropriately
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit your findings and analysis to senior management
    • Maximising sales and profitability
    • Providing store sales team with a stimulating and supportive environment
    • Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
    • Driving team performance
    • Serve as the point of contact with vendors, distributors and brokers in your region

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Management, customer service, salesmanship, people management, communication skills, time management, presentation skills, computer proefficiency, data analysis.
    • Candidates must have experience in a beauty or health sector.
