    Financial Controller

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all accounting operations and the accounts team including billing, accounts receivable, payable, revenue recognition and inventory accounting
    • Develop, review and monitor the organisations’ financial strategy
    • Coordinate and direct budgetary, financial forecasts and report variances
    • Supervise the accounts department as well as review accounting practices to ensure they meet applicable compliance standards
    • Spearhead the initiative to improve general financial efficiency of Remedial Health
    • Developing, documenting and reviewing accounting policies and processes to strengthen internal controls

    Required Education/Skills

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
    • Professional Certification in Accounting (ACCA)
    • 8 years experience which includes with at least 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization
    • Experience in supervising/managing others
    • Finance experience working in a medium to large organization or with one of the Big Fours is a plus
    • Experience in Management Accounting

    React Native Developer (Mobile App Developer)

    We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms who will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.

    Responsibilities

    • Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
    • Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
    • Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
    • Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
    • Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • University Graduate and must have completed NYSC
    • Strong teamworking skills
    • Firm grasp of the JavaScript {{and TypeScript or Clojure Script}} language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
    • Knowledge of {{functional or object-oriented}} programming
    • Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code
    • Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
    • Familiarity with native build tools, like Xcode, Gradle {{Android Studio, IntelliJ}}
    • Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
    • Experience with automated testing suites, like {{Jest or Mocha}}

    Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

    • Engage and manage a pipeline of chemists (PPMVs), retail pharmacies and effectively communicate the benefits and values of Remedial health.
    • Learn and implement our unique sales process to develop, own, and exceed quarterly sales targets
    • Client training on use of Remedial’s platform and ordering process
    • Timely Delivery of ordered products by your clients
    • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Market research activities as mandated by the company
    • Manage both inbound and outbound sales and Work with new clients to ensure success
    • Review data and trends to support interpretation and strategy development
    • Support implementation of lead-generation strategies
    • Support planning and management of group-based education and sales events
    • Support planning and implementation of marketing materials and strategies
    • Coordinate and collaborate with fellow Associates and managers
    • Support development of new channels and account growth strategies
    • Customer account management, client success and re-activation of inactive clients

    Person Specification:

    • Bachelor Degree, OND, HND with 1-3 years work experience in a relevant field
    • Previous work experience in similar position will be an advantage
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Must be resident in one of the following locations: (Lagos, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

    • Possess Valid drivers’ license with more greater than 2 years driving license
