    Operations and Admin Manager

    Team Management and Alignment

    1. Ensure that organizational goals are broken down into individual goals and communicated in a way that shows collaborating teams for success.
    2. Manage the team to achieve tremendous success through collaboration and transparency between team members which will aid in enhanced efficiency and work performance.

    Goal Achievement

    1. Ensure Individual team members understand and are clear on their goals and create a road map for getting there
    2. Review performance and come up with strategies to resolve issues that may be affecting performance and productivity
    3. Ensure that work is powered by processes and systems and that everyone is in compliance.

    Monitoring and Reporting

    1. Monitor team performance and create reporting templates that fully capture all team activities and goal areas
    2. Ensure that reports are properly reviewed and properly archived for ease of access

    Leadership and Strategy

    1. Provide leadership and manage volunteers to efficiently achieve their goals in line with organizational goals
    2. Able to come up with initiatives that will help execute teams’ goals or key result areas.

    Growth and Marketing Manager

    Brand awareness, engagement & experience

    1. Create top of the mind awareness of the NLP brand in relation to other ministerial brands.
    2. Ensure the recognition & visibility to the brand when presented with a tagline, logo or other brand asset
    3. Ensure we are verified & active on all social media platforms
    4. Ensure all communication plans are implemented within the stipulated time frame
    5. Innovate creative means of channelling NLP into an actively mentioned brand on various social media channels
    6. Ensure high brand satisfaction ratings via follow-ups on audience participation feedbacks
    7. Create & manage the audience experience of the brand to increase the likelihood of NLP-brand recommendation

    Strategic Planning & Implementation

    1. Manage planning, budgeting and implementing of communication plans to ensure wider reach to target audience
    2. Coordinate all creative concepts & respective execution with both internal & external resources as it relates with communication of the NLP-brand
    3. Develop policies regarding execution of all integrated communications campaigns
    4. You will own media strategy and implement effective media plan for specific campaigns to reach target audience
    5. Develop and enforce digital marketing strategies as well as collaborate with digital platforms for proper reporting and analysis.
    6. Strategize and execute for digital marketing and social media platforms.
    7. Ensure that all marketing activities are carried out with necessary budgetary approvals and are in line with agreed marketing plans

    1. Demonstrate Leadership and oversight for the team.

    1. Develop procedures and processes to effectively manage the public relations

    Facility and Admin Manager

    Maintenance And Repair Services

    1. Ensure the Church facility is maintained to appropriate standards, safe and fit for contemporary purposes through planned and unplanned maintenance responses.
    2. Develops and implements cleaning, maintenance and remodeling plans.
    3. Supervises custodians, maintenance staff or facility officers, and related contractors, but is capable of personally performing many repairs and doing preventative maintenance.
    4. Formulate policies and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and provide efficient use of labour and materials.
    5. Ensure the programmed maintenance schedule is adhered to
    6. Management of budget and maintaining all expenditures related to repairs and projects carried out in the church buildings and facilities.
    7. Planning future projects and managing minor and major infrastructural development related to overall church buildings and maintenance
    8. Use of a management tracking system to track all equipment and devices and know when it’s due for services or maintenance.
    9. Develop, deploy, communicate and manage the asset management processes and data within the Church
    10. Ensure the asset register is kept up to date and meets the data standard requirements
    11. Develop and provide strategic planning initiatives for asset improvement and longevity.
    12. Improving efficiencies and cost effectiveness of contracted services through proper selection and management of vendors including: janitorial, landscaping, security, plumbing, communication and construction.

    Availability/Readiness of Facility

    1. Develop and deploy systems or process that ensures the church is always fully operational at all branches in readiness for events or church activities
    2. Oversee the team to ensure that the facilities, church buildings and grounds is in excellent condition. Provide guidance and assistance is setting up and packing up for events and other activities.
    3. Ensure that the church grounds and surroundings are in good conditions and free from hazards
    4. Ensure cleanliness of all Harvesters church grounds and surroundings by efficiently supervising the facility officers.

    Compliance

    1. Adherence to standards, guidelines, legislation and positions set to ensure the safety and well being of all church members, employees, guests and visitors.
    2. Work with appropriate government agencies to ensure that buildings are safe and meet current code requirements
    3. Ensure Assets are insured
    4. Ensure that all health and safety obligations are complied with by facilities staff and independent contractors

    Leadership/Supervision

    1. Provide leadership to the facility team by taking responsibility for strategy, reports including coaching and mentoring of staff, so they continually improve performance and achieve their goals
    2. Ensure that all members of the facilities team have up to date job descriptions and that effective use is made of the performance management system including setting of goals and objectives and carrying out regular performance reviews.
    3. Responsible for the management, implementation and updating of equipment, furniture and fittings of the church  
    4. Collaborate with and support the leadership and workforce as required
    5. Provide appropriate direction and supervision in the maintenance of the church premise covering church auditorium, children’s church, toilets, car park and other facilities within the buildings and grounds of Harvesters church.
    6. Supervise integrated facility maintenance and repair operations for the church in a timely, accurate and cost saving manner. This includes but is not limited to preventative and predictive maintenance, Managing, maintaining, and supporting the reliability of the facility's systems, equipment, properties, and assets,

    Overall Operational & Organization Effectiveness

    • Implementing/improving effective organizational processes and standards
    • Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and create strategic goals
    • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
    • Oversee Staff support processes and organize them to enhance employee satisfaction/retention
    • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability/sustainability.

    • Ensure that the Church runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

    Strategic lead on High Profile Projects

    • Take a lead on new projects, create strategies, assign responsibilities, and hold staff accountable for deliverables within set timelines.
    • Ensure execution of strategies for smooth operations of the back-office support function within the campus  

    Leadership.

    • Provide administrative and ministerial leadership for the campus in accordance with the vision of the church.
    • Gives direct oversight to the 5-purpose department at the campus.

    Reporting

    • Reports to be prepared timely, accurately, and submitted to the Director of NLP
