    Front Desk Officer

    Description

    • We are seeking a suitably qualified Front Desk Officer to manage the Front desk at one of our locations.

    Responsibilities
    The duties include (but are not limited to):

    • Ensures reception area is always kept clean and tidy with a pleasant fragrance
    • Receives visitors warmly and ensures they are comfortable
    • Manages the notice board at the reception
    • Follows communication guidelines and procedures
    • Manages incoming phone calls, responds to enquiries and directs to relevant person
    • Directs prospective parents and visitors to relevant staff as per school policy
    • Coordinates the distribution and sending out of mail packages
    • Assists with administrative tasks around the school
    • Receives job applications/CVs and directs to the HR Department
    • Manages the staff attendance register and movement book
    • Manages the enrichment instructor’s register
    • Oversees the drop off and pick up of children
    • Liaises with kitchen staff and provide them with attendance information
    • Files and maintains records
    • Posts appropriate messages on School’s social media platforms
    • Ensures optimal allocation of resources

    Requirements

    • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors’ Degree in any of the Social Sciences and must have up to 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
    • Other requirements include the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing (in the English language), digital literacy skills and the ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Packages.

    Human Resources Officer

    Description

    • We are seeking a suitably qualified HR professional to fill the role of Human Resource Officer across our schools.

    Responsibilities
    The job duties for the role include (but are not limited to):

    • Carrying out recruitment activities from job posting to managing the interview processes at the school
    • Issuing job offer letters and ensuring that staff complete the onboarding process
    • Collating training needs from Head Teachers and scheduling trainings
    • Initiating and coordinating the Performance Management cycle
    • Enforcing school guidelines/ policies for all staff and ensure the Employee Handbook is read and acknowledged by all staff
    • Managing the exit of staff from the school by issuing termination letters where applicable and holding exit interviews
    • Managing the disbursement of all staff benefits
    • Working in collaboration with the Head Teachers to plan staff welfare initiatives on a termly basis
    • Disbursing pension and tax for all staff
    • Preparing of payroll for all staff (both Part time employees (PTE) and Full Time Employees (FTE))
    • Handling all staff disciplinary measures and ensure that they are properly documented

    Requirements

    • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in any of the Social Sciences and must have 3 - 5 years’ work experience handling Human Resources in a similar capacity.
    • Possession of valid HR certification is an added advantage.
    • Other skills required for the role include digital literacy and savviness with Microsoft Office packages, as well as research and presentation skills.

    IT & Social Media Officer

    Description

    • We are seeking a suitably qualified IT & Social Media Officer to manage the school’s IT infrastructure as well as it’s Social Media channels.

    Responsibilities
    The job duties include (but are not limited to):

    • Respond to IT support issues related to system hardware and software through telephone and in-person support
    • Install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot computer hardware
    • Install, configure, update and troubleshoot software used by the school.
    • Oversee projects assigned to outside IT consultants
    • Train users in startup, basic and advanced use of school software, general software applications and the School Information System
    • Learn and train users on the use of newly introduced IT equipment
    • Identify the hardware and software needed to solve IT related issues
    • Contact hardware/software vendors to obtain specifications, pricing, and other information needed to guide purchasing decisions
    • Document all hardware and software purchases, updates and repairs
    • Coordinates activities with internet providers and troubleshoot network connection issues
    • Ensure school hardware and software assets conform to quality standards and are properly maintained
    • Put measures in place to ensure adequate provision of internet security
    • Ensure the school internet and IT usage policy is enforced
    • Create social media calendar for the school’
    • Capture content that should be promoted on the school’s social media channels
    • Post content on the school’s social media channels
    • Engage with posts and respond to comments and messages accordingly

    Requirements

    • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Science with up to 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
    • Other skills required for the job include an excellent command of the English language and knowledge of the use of Social Media to project brands.

    Physical & Health Education Instructor

    Description

    • We are seeking a suitably qualified Physical & Health Education Instructor to join our vibrant faculty of educators.

    Responsibilities
    The job duties include (but are not limited to):

    • Planning and leading PE lessons,
    • Getting students to compete in sporting events and
    • Evaluating their performance in sports.

    Requirements

    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical & Health Education with 3-5 years’ experience teaching students P.H.E.
