    Territory Sales Lead

    Job Description

    • Will be responsible for selling loan and software products to phama companies, wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies, chemists, MOHs, FDAs in the location sales territory.
    • Will be responsible for developing, measuring, and tracking, reporting the relevant sales metrics and recruiting and working with the fulfilment, digital marketing and customer success teams to achieve sales growth.
    • Will be responsible for working with customer success officers to ensure that customers are receiving the best experience from using the company products.
    • Will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customer group’s at the most senior levels across the assigned sales territory.
    • Shall be responsible for planning, executing, measuring, tracking and achieving monthly Sales Value through signing up pharma companies, wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies and Chemists. Focus will be on getting customer groups to increase their Wallet Size, number of transactions while increasing retention.
    • Shall be responsible for acquiring both cash and credit customers.
    • Will be responsible for preparing credit risk assessment, credit briefs and credit documentation for credit customers and getting approval for credit disbursement at the credit committee
    • Will be responsible for preventing credit default and for collecting default monies through checks and direct debit mandates. Will also work with legal team for debt recovery for debts over 56 days due.

    Location Details:
    The Territory Sales Officer will cover the following Regions/States:

    • Ogun (Ogun State + Lagos Boundaries), Abeokuta
    • South-East (Anambra, Enugu, Ebonyi, Abia, Imo), Onitsha
    • South-West (West (Oyo/Osun/Ondo, Ekiti), Ibadan
    • South-South (Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Rivers), Port-Harcourt
    • Mid-West (Edo/Delta/Bayelsa), Benin City
    • North-East (Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Plateau, Taraba, Yobe), Jos
    • North-West (Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara), Kano
    • North Central 1 (Benue, FCT, Nasarawa) Abuja (FCT)
    • Lagos III (Ajah, Epe, Ikoyi, Lagos Island, Lekki, Victoria Island), Lagos

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • Preferably an experienced person from the Pharmaceutical industry (but not mandatory) is an added advantage
    • 2 - 3 years working experience.

    Salary
    N180,000 plus other benefits

    Assistant Sales Lead

    Location: Ibadan, Oyo

    Job Responsibilities

    • Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas
    • Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as monitoring the performance of the sales team
    • Communicate the day-to-day sales goals and strategies to subordinate employees, promoting attentive and individualized customer service (as well as handling any customer complaints), and initiating and closing sales
    • Building and maintaining good working relationships with sales staff/customers.
    • Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
    • Regularly attending & organizing sales meetings and training sessions.
    • Performing all duties of the Sales leader in cases of absence or emergency.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field in the Pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage
    • 5 years+ proven experience in sales in pharma industry
    • Area/ Territory Manager in pharma industry with experience managing sales reps across Nigeria
    • Experience achieving monthly sales of 100M NGN+ through leading sales reps across Nigeria
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office & Google Workspace applications
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Strong management and leadership skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills.

    Salary
    N250,000 - N300,000 (plus other benefits and commission)

    Fleet Operations & Logistics Officer

    Location: Ibadan, Oyo

    Job Description

    • Help expand our geographical footprint in Nigeria by leading the development of fleet operations on a city-by-city basis across Nigeria.
    • Expansion Planning: taking into account the economic and strategic benefits, build the optimal delivery fleet operations selection for each city in a manner that optimizes the right mix and number of delivery vans, bikes and relevant vehicles per wholesaler and customers to be served per sales territory
    • Fleet Dispatch Riders Growth: Grow number of fleet dispatch riders on the platform, manage their training and development, monitor their performance to ensure positive unit economics per rider and ensure high-quality experiences on the company’s system to provide the most reliable drug delivery service in any city.
    • Data and insight: Find key opportunities to help improve local city operations by surfacing key insights and wins from customers, and then work to implement and execute these
    • Develop & Optimize Processes: our is a company that moves fast and does things at large scale. You will help design processes; whether it be prospecting, onboarding, account management, training, etc. to fuel growth and drive efficiency.
    • Ownership: Take ownership of our fleet operations growth, and do what it takes to get the job done.
    • Develop Financing Plan: To ensure the company and riders can earn from the delivery fee while paying the costs to acquire the delivery vehicle
    • Analyze and Propose Delivery Fee Pricing: Analyze the profitability per delivery mile and customer willingness to pay and propose pricing and price share for delivery fees
    • Set up fleet maintenance system: Set up and implement fleet maintenance system that riders and sales team adhere to in order to ensure optimal longevity and performance of vehicles
    • Relationships with vendors: Set up low-cost long-term advantage relationships with fuel and automotive workshops per city we operate in so as to ensure high quality fueling and maintenance of fleet
    • Build Operations Team: Lead hiring and training of operations department team to ensure the right level of staffing to drive operations work
    • Recovery system: Develop and implement vehicle recovery system that ensures recovery and retrieval of vehicles from accidented and seizure sites
    • Implement insurance and registration: Ensure insurance and government registration documents are set up and up to date per vehicle
    • Verification of riders and sales people: Ensure that address and character verification of all riders and sales people who have access to operate company's fleet and ensure asset hand over, indemnity and terms of use agreements are signed and adhered to.

    Requirements

    • BSc. in a relevant field is a MUST and an MBA in operations management is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and operations management with a tech- enabled logistics or delivery or ride-hailing company
    • Must have worked or have the understanding of Fleet system on-demand e.g., gokada, bolt, uber and the likes
    • Excellent communication and management skills.
    • You have the ability to build strong relationships and go the extra mile to help grow the operations fleet and ensure optimal performance to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction requirements.
    • Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking
    • Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
    • You have a creative mindset and enjoy putting in place initiatives to solve practical issues.
    • Capacity for hard work, self-starter, ability to work alone and be self-driven and take initiative.

    Assistant Operations Lead

    Location: Ibadan, Oyo

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily operations of the pharma warehouse
    • Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for pharma warehouse staff/managers
    • Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion
    • Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer/customer services
    • Educate operations team on best practices, policies, processes (SOP) and service excellence standards
    • Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs
    • Oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities
    • Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards and costing
    • Draft, review and monitor an appropriate Service Level Agreement (SLA) to properly evaluate the performance of suppliers, and report on this on a regular basis
    • Work with internal stakeholders (operations staff) to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements
    • Responsible for order placement timing, supply/demand alignment and supplier performance
    • Control and monitor expenses against approved budgets
    • Develop sourcing strategies
    • Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management
    • Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities
    • Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects
    • Perform routine maintenance and repair works for equipment/facility
    • Maintain the facility clean, safe and organized
    • Evaluate reports, orders, and prepare invoices.
    • Coordinate operational issues and promotional activities
    • Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements
    • Generate operational reports for CEO/Management as needed

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND / BSc. in Business Administration or other related courses
    • 2 to 4 years’ experience in similar role
    • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness, operations management, finance/account principles, and Information Technology skills
