    Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities 
    Visual Design:

    • Create high-quality visual designs for various mediums (print, digital, web)
    • Develop and maintain brand identities, logos, and typography
    • Design marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters, business cards)

    Digital Design:

    • Design and develop website graphics, icons, and UI elements
    • Create engaging social media graphics and animations
    • Develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters

    Branding and Communication:

    • Collaborate with the team to develop brand strategies and guidelines
    • Design presentations, reports, and other business materials
    • Ensure consistency across all visual communications

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry developments
    • Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in graphic design
    • Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    Business Developer / Sales Representative

    Responsibilities
    Business Development:

    • Identify and research potential clients and partners
    •  Develop and execute business development strategies
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
    • Pitch and present products/services to potential clients

    Sales:

    • Meet and exceed sales targets
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities
    • Negotiate and close deals
    • Provide excellent customer service and support

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to align sales strategies
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
    • Manage and maintain CRM database.
