    Head, Enterprise Architecture

    JOB PURPOSE

    To set the direction and establish the approach for integrating information applications and programs for the Interswitch Group in order to support the objectives of the business.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Define, implement, and execute the processes for the definition, maintenance, and conformance management of the Enterprise Architecture
    • Update and maintain the key Enterprise Architecture deliverables.
    • Establish and maintain contacts within business units and information system programs to understand business activities and business drivers, business requirements, solutions strategies and alternatives, etc., being considered and/or implemented
    • Architectural leadership in the resolutions of inter-program and inter-project issues Conduct ongoing research and assessment of new analysis approaches for potential use within the Enterprise

    Head, Core Technology

    JOB PURPOSE

    Manage the effective deployment of solutions through the combined application of software engineering and systems administration practices to create and redesign broad technical infrastructure and information systems to support the needs of the organization. Ensure stability and scalability, drive the overall availability, reliability and resiliency of Interswitch systems while anticipating capacity growth through careful planning and awareness of trends.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Direct and oversee infrastructure developments and maintenance to ensure the continuous availability, reliability and stability of all applications to ensure minimal downtime and disruption to business operations
    • Determine the vision and strategy for Interswitch Core Technology in line with Enterprise architecture and overall business objectives. Develop a strategic architecture plan ensuring data features are prioritized appropriately, estimates are reliable, benefits can be realized, and design activities are proactively monitored and tracked
    • Lead definition of architectural standards for all technology services and components (applications, data, integration, technology, security, business). Present business and IT leaders with signature-ready recommendations for adjusting policies and projects to achieve target business outcomes that capitalize on relevant digital disruptions.
    • Elicit the most complex business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
    • Identify and communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the business area or department; explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision and values; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.
    • Drive the security of all applications, ensuring that the appropriate security program is in place to minimizes breeches and ensure the uninterrupted availability of the infrastructure. Lead in detecting and analyzing identified vulnerabilities and remediate any security gaps in line with the security incident management procedure.
    • Develop, implement and drive adherence to business activities within the area of responsibility comply with relevant external regulatory technology governance, and internal policies to minimize business risk and to protect the reputation of the organization.

    Growth Marketing Manager, MVNO

    Job Purpose

    The primary purpose is to drive execution of our growth marketing strategies for MVNO products and services.

    The incumbent of this role will be responsible for executing growth marketing B2C and B2B initiatives to support the achievement of business performance KPIs for Interswitch’s Telecoms business.

    It requires building and scaling measurable marketing results through multiple channels, designing, and executing bespoke data-driven, cost-effective innovative ideas to drive growth across the funnel. Your job is to support the development and execution of marketing strategy (in line with the business strategy) to drive growth, improve efficiencies and increase revenue.

    The Growth Marketing Manager should be analytical, and data driven with an obsession for tracking performance and the discipline to prove what’s working and what isn’t via insight from data.

    Department:

    Group Marketing & Corporate Communications

    Reports to:

    Divisional Head of Marketing, MVNO.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with cross functional team (Product, Business, Sales, and Brand Marketing) to establish growth and brand strategies to support revenue and equity goals.
    • Create, manage, and experiment with acquisition campaigns, retention campaigns and churn management campaigns to drive growth.
    • Identify and target viable market segments with relevant product and services to build and sustain customer base.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and execution of product launches for the product portfolio.
    • Responsible for developing sound commercial justification paper (motivation documents) with clear objective, key initiatives, return on marketing projection, and budget to support growth marketing measures such as customer acquisition, customer retention, churn management and transaction growth.
    • The incumbent will be required to provide strong support to the MVNO Head of Marketing in driving efficiency and effectiveness of the customer funnel including customer acquisition, retention and loyalty to dive business growth, engagement and customer lifetime value (CLV).
    • Responsible for creating, testing, and refining compelling value propositions for customers.
    • Work closely with the product management team to identify market opportunities and make recommendations on how they can be leveraged.
    • Display in-depth understanding of the market, our customers, who are they, how they buy, and their motivations.
    • Demonstrate deep understanding of competitors, channels, and routes to market. Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
    • Analyse data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.
    • Support the development of content required for campaign deliverables (product videos, social media banners, infographic videos etc.) through internal and/or partner resources.

    Education:

    A good 1st degree from a reputable institution and relevant qualification will be an add advantage.

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing Digital Marketing, Product Marketing.
    • Experience in Telecoms - B2C & B2B
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Email Marketing, Performance Marketing, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Prior experience in performance marketing and running structured growth experiments.
    • Analytical and metrics driven.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong presentation skills.
    • Self-starter with the ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment

    Head, AML/CFT Compliance

    JOB SUMMARY

    To provide compliance advisory and implement the Interswitch’s compliance standards in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and applicable codes of conduct and best practices in order to maintain Interswitch’s legal, regulatory and ethical integrity.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee the team reviewing and approving KYC cases logged on the onboarding portal
    • Oversee the team reviewing the alerts generated on transactions monitoring platforms.
    • Review and approval of suspicious /decline of suspicious activity and transactions reports
    • Second level review of results of customer screening to ensure relevant actions are initiated for categories of customers like politically exposed persons and customers with matches on sanctions lists.
    • Implement a compliance training plan including developing training materials and oversee the conduct training on compliance related activities to aid the understanding, adoption and seamless operation of AML/CFT/CPF, KYC, whistleblowing, and other compliance program
    • Contribute to Compliance strategy and Compliance plan, highlight gaps and suggest improvements in current Compliance processes, systems and procedures
    • Provide information required from AML/CFT related requests from regulators and law enforcement agencies
    • Identification and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve the execution of compliance deliverables
    • AML/CFT/CPF review and risk assessments of Interswitch products to ensure that all identified risks are mitigated
    • Oversee the compilation and rendition of AML/CFT/CPF related compliance reports
    • Completion of compliance related due diligence requests on Interswitch including completion of questionnaires and provision of required documents.

    Qualification

    A graduate degree In related field(s)

    Possession of any of the below certifications will be added advantage:

    • Designate Compliance Professional (DCP)
    • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
    • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or
    • Other relevant recognised professional certification.

    General Experience

    • At least 7 years of wide and deep experience in Compliance, Risk or other related fields

    Managerial Experience

    • Leadership experience in managing resources and people to deliver predetermined objectives.
