    Head of Brand

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a talented, creative and data-driven Head of Brand to join our creative and production teams and help us lead the development of Moniepoint's equity and ensure that all brand decisions ultimately result in stronger user acquisition, engagement and retention.
    • As a Head of the Brand, you will develop and execute comprehensive communication campaigns that elevate the brand equity, effectively communicate Moniepoint's value proposition and resonate with diverse target audiences.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, excellent project management skills, and deep knowledge of brand-tracking methods and consumer research.
    • We are looking for a passionate storyteller who can build an impactful and unique story that resonates with our target audience and connects it with the Moniepoint products, fostering preference and loyalty over time

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Your main KPIs will be brand metrics such as Salience, Meaningful and Differentiation scores and your main objective will be to drive Top of Mind and Preference for the Moniepoint brand.

    You will:

    • Take part in the ongoing evolution and refinement of Moniepoint's brand strategy, ensuring continuous alignment with the company's brand objectives and evolving business goals
    • Ensure we reach our Brand Equity goals
    • Translate business goals into the positioning strategy and set creative goals
    • Lead a mature creative team formed of strategists, static and motion designers, copywriters and content writers - all under the direction of a Creative Director
    • Lead an internal expert production team that can deliver end-to-end TV ads and other types of creative productions.
    • Lead the end-to-end development of TV campaigns, from project planning, concept development, consumer testing and production.
    • Spearhead the relationship with creative agencies and production houses to produce high-impact communication that resonates with diverse target audiences, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
    • Collaborate, provide guidance and support regional and local marketing to maintain brand integrity while localizing .
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing and CRM to develop a robust pipeline of digital communications to accelerate new customer acquisition.
    • Track and monitor communications budget.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in brand management/communication role (FMCG/CPG is a plus).
    • University degree in Business administration or related field.
    • Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate it into compelling TV creatives.
    • Hands-on experience in TV campaign development full process, managing the relationship with internal teams, agencies and delivering feedback.
    • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality campaigns with set timelines and budgets.
    • Proven experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across channels (including ATL & BTL)
    • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling techniques.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
    • Strong proficiency in analyzing and leveraging data and consumer insights to drive strategic decision-making.
    • Fluent in English

    HR Business Partner (Manager)

    Job Summary

    • The HR Business Partner works with business leaders to establish creative, strategic people programs and solutions that promote a people-focused culture, address organizational challenges, and achieve business goals. This individual is very collaborative as they advise our business leaders in people-related areas including; employee engagement, training/mentoring leaders at all levels, performance management, regulatory compliance, and employee relations. The HRBP will also work with HR centers of excellence (COE) and other internal customers to influence and implement people-related programs.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • The role is generally remote but the HRBP must be resident in Lagos and be willing to periodically visit the Moniepoint offices.
    • Understand the strategic objectives and operations of designated Strategic Business Units and provide integrated and timely solutions to their human resources-related needs.
    • Anticipate and resolve employee relations issues before they impact the business by continuous engagement with relevant line managers.
    • Manage the lifecycle of employees in the designated Strategic Business Units from onboarding to exit.
    • Manage complex employee relations issues and address grievances and conflicts.
    • Analyze data and industry trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies for designated Strategic Business Units.
    • Develop in-depth knowledge and stay abreast of labor laws for employee relations to reduce exposure to risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as required.
    • Adjust HR strategies to respond to changing business needs for designated Strategic Business Units
    • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
    • Liaise with designated Strategic Business Unit Heads and line managers to identify and implement training needs and solutions.
    • Attend and drive discussions regarding people issues in team and strategy meetings and performance review sessions.
    • Communicate organizational culture and updates on HR initiatives to designated Strategic Business Units.
    • Hold periodic HR engagement meetings with designated Strategic Business Unit
    • Act as a single point of contact on all human resources-related issues for designated Strategic Business Unit including recruitment
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head, People Operations

    Requirements:

    • Resident in Lagos and willing to travel
    • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
    • Must have Leadership experience
    • 3 - 5 years of relevant work and industry experience
    • Good understanding of data-driven storytelling and analysis
    • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state- respective employment laws.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate change effectively.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software tools.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
    • Ability to be proactive and forward-thinking
    • Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
