    Head of Sales

    Job Description:

    • We are looking for a professional to head our sales department and manage key aspects of the company’s businesses, ensuring hitch free operations that effectively guarantee growth in sales and revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve agreed yearly target and turnover target N1,920,000,000 (60% of annual Target)
    • Developing and managing Government Business and HNI relationship
    • Team Leadership Skills
    • Network and partner with building construction companies and other proposed clients to create sales opportunities.
    • Negotiate contracts for purchases and manage, renew, review contracts as required to enable effective customer/supplier relations.
    • Develop and maintain relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
    • Proactively liaise with the Inventory Team in obtaining the real-time inventory position.
    • Contribute towards developing new sales strategies/techniques to attract new customers to the showroom.
    • Participate in the planning and implementation of annual in-house exhibitions and conferences, as a deliberate sales/marketing strategy.
    • Support team members in pitching for and closing client.
    • Compile Weekly Team Reports.
    • Coaching and developing team members.
    • Present MPR reports on behalf of Divisional Head when necessary.
    • Identify and approach potential clients, convert enquiries from potential clients to sales.
    • Manage or escalate as appropriate customer complaints.
    • Develop and cascade sales and marketing activities to ensure awareness of the company among target customers groups.
    • Prepare proposals and quotations for the provision of total bathroom solutions, working with the team in preparing installation proposals.
    • Analyze customers’ needs and collect customers’ information to recommend products to improve sales.
    • Ensure clients are offered professional and quality service to increase sales.
    • Maintain comprehensive database information on all existing relationships and prospects in liaison with information systems, and financial control functions.
    • Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
    • Perform sales and marketing duties as directed by the divisional head.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
    • 15-20years of experience in relevant work experience in Sales/Business Development
    • Sales Strategy Development and Deployment
    • Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills.
    • Client relationship management, strategic prospecting skills and product sourcing.

    Warehouse and Logistics Manager

    Job Summary

    • We need a vastly experienced individual who can actively oversee daily operations, of the warehouse while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
    • And also provide guidance on the daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Streamline operations and apply industry best practices in order to reduce errors.
    • Articulate goals for the Unit across to relevant stakeholders across BPL.
    • Conduct in-depth industry research to identify new market standards that BPL can adhere to
    • Develop budget requests, projects, and training plans.
    • Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
    • Schedule and oversee the warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
    • Lead team members through the cycle
    • Coach and develop a Warehouse & Logistics team that can deliver on the imperatives of the BPL group

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • First Degree (B.Sc.) preferably in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
    • Proven track record of ensuring optimal warehouse and logistical operations
    • Proficiency with SCM+ for warehouse management
    • Must have experience building and managing high-performing teams to deliver against aggressive goals
    • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
    • Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
    • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
    • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
    • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
    • Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude
