    Human Resources Manager

    Job Summary

    • The HR operations manager is required to perform various administrative tasks which influences a company’s culture and the staff performance.The ideal candidate would be in charge of assisting particular organizational functions, collaborating closely with management.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for executing and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
    • Supervising recruitment processes and preparing job descriptions for hiring needs.
    • Organising & supervising training and development programs.
    • Oversee performance management processes.
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
    • Maintain employee records and according to policy and legal requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, review and implement compliance policies, programs, and procedures
    • Review organization controls, operating procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations
    • Identify control gaps, evaluate their risk implications, and draw appropriate conclusions

    Job Summary

    • The CSO leads security initiatives and heads the overall security strategy of the company. This includes performing security risk assessments and implementing security policies that prevent data loss and fraud.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Building a comprehensive security program that includes physical safety and security policies.

    Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing environmental, social and corporate governance policies and procedures, as well as reviewing and appraising the operations of the company to be socially and environmentally sustainable and comply with all regulatory/required safeguarding policies and internationally recognized best practices.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide technical expertise on critical issues related to environmental and social impact assessment and on sustainability risks in the design, preparation, implementation and supervision of operations taking into consideration best industry practices and standards.
    • Create Standard Operating Procedures necessary for the role.
    • Identify and assess hazards and establish control systems that focus on prevention.
    • Manage and conduct environmental and social safeguarding due diligence for the company.
    • Identify all critical potential social and environmental impacts and risks of transactions and ensure that their magnitude and significance are well understood by the Management.
    • Ensure that the Company understands the applicable ESG policies, guidelines and project-specific requirements, and has the necessary commitment and capacity to manage social and environmental impacts and/or risks adequately and supported by mechanisms that facilitate implementation.

    Job Recruitments

    • Bachelor’s Degree and above.
    • Minimum of five (5) years experience in an ESG role.
    • Prior managerial experience in a similar role or capacity.
    • FMCG, QSR and/or retail industry knowledge and experience is a plus.
    • Additional professional certification will be an added advantage.
    • Hands-on experience with government policies and regulations as well as monitoring.
