    Inventory Support Officer

    Job Summary:

    The Inventory Support Officer is responsible for providing operational and administrative support in the management of inventory and ensuring accurate recording and tracking of stock levels. They will assist in maintaining efficient inventory control processes, conducting regular audits, reconciling discrepancies, and facilitating the smooth flow of inventory operations.

    Job Description:

    • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for hardware devices, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
    • Device Allocation: Ensure timely distribution and allocation of hardware devices to all stakeholders.
      Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory reports to track stock levels,
      Data Accuracy: Ensure that all inventory transactions are accurately recorded, and resolve any data inconsistencies.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory management, including streamlining procedures, enhancing data accuracy, and implementing best practices.
    • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding inventory status, stock availability, and any inventory-related concerns.
      Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to inventory management.
    • Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by his/her Line Manager

    Requirements:

    • OND/ HND , Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Similar experience in inventory management or related roles.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reconcile discrepancies and identify areas for improvement.
    • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of inventory control principles, stock management techniques, and inventory valuation methods.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

    Customer Success - Email Support

    Job Purpose

    As Customer Success - Email Support, you will provide assistance to Moniepoint customers via email. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include developing customer relationships, solving customer issues, promoting products and services.

    Responsibilities 

    • To assist customers with queries related to Moniepoint products via Emails and deal with multiple customers at the same time. 
    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. 
    • Respond timely both verbally and in writing to all customer inquiries.
    • Communicating and coordinating with your manager as necessary. 
    • Familiar with Moniepoint products so that you can answer questions effectively. 
    • To manage all daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict compliance to guidelines. 
    • Help in creating customer surveys, segmentation & getting feedback to improve our processes, products and customer experience 

    Requirements 

    • A Degree in a relevant field 
    • Experience and knowledge of customer support requirements particularly in the correspondent banking space.
    • 1-3 years of professional work experience, preferably in banking or a fast-paced fintech or digital banking environment.
    • Client Service experience or Front Office experience 
    • Compliance knowledge is an added advantage
    • Attention to detail

    Data Analyst

    What you will get to do

    • Design, generate and deliver reports to internal and external stakeholders
    • Liaise with a Data Engineer to define data warehouse structure/requirements
    • Build dashboards and reports in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
    • Analyse large volumes of data to gain insights

    To succeed in this role, you should have

    • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role (4+ years, can be made up for with accomplishments)
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Advanced proficiency with SQL
    • Proficiency with a spreadsheet tool (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, or any other alternative)
    • Proficiency with a BI tool (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, Superset, Redash, or any other alternative)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
    • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or any other related field

    Experience with the following would be a plus

    • Data governance
    • Python or any other scripting language
    • Git or any other version control tool
