    Head of Production

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team.
    • Provide strategic direction and oversight to align with company goals.
    • Oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Implement and optimize production workflows, technologies, and equipment.
    • Monitor and analyze production metrics for process improvements and cost savings.
    • Manage large-scale production projects from inception to completion.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
    • Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and best practices.
    • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and training to minimize risks.
    • Develop, manage, and control the production budget.
    • Focus on cost efficiency and resource optimization.
    • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage expenditures.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production department.
    • Implement best practices in production management.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.

    Requirements

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields. Masters’ degree is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in production management.
    • Extensive knowledge of production processes, equipment, and technologies specific to the oil and gas sector.
    • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • In-depth understanding of safety regulations and best practices in production environments.
    • Experience in managing large-scale production projects, with strong organizational and planning skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Experience in developing and managing production budgets, with a focus on cost control. 
    • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.

    Business Development Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base in both HR and agricultural sectors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
    • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

    Business Development Officer

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and industry trends. Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective strategies.
    • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve company goals. Identify and prioritize target markets and clients
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
    • Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Negotiate terms and conditions to maximize profitability.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand the company's network and identify potential business opportunities. Develop and manage strategic partnerships and alliances.

    Requirements:

    • 4 - 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends in Lagos and Nigeria.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Ability to travel as required.
