    Brand Strategist

    Role Overview

    • As a Brand Strategist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the identity of our innovative tech dating platform before it takes center stage. You'll work closely with the marketing team to understand the target audience, craft a compelling brand narrative, and develop pre-launch communication strategies.

    Responsibilities

    Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

    • Assist with conducting market research to understand the dating app landscape, user demographics, and psychographics of your target audience.
    • Analyze competitor apps to identify their brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
    • Compile competitive analysis reports highlighting key insights and potential differentiators for your brand.

    Brand Development & Messaging:

    • Work with the brand strategist to develop the brand identity, including the brand name, tagline, and core brand values.
    • Craft compelling brand messaging that resonates with the target audience and effectively communicates the platform's unique value proposition.
    • Develop brand voice and tone guidelines to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials.

    Pre-Launch Marketing & Brand Awareness:

    • Research and identify creative and cost-effective ways to build brand awareness pre-launch (e.g., social media marketing campaigns, influencer outreach).
    • Assist with developing content (e.g., blog posts, social media content) that aligns with the brand message and generates interest among the target audience.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of pre-launch marketing efforts and provide insights for optimization.

    Additional Tasks:

    • Conduct research and stay updated on current dating app trends and marketing strategies.
    • Assist with creating presentations to communicate brand strategy to internal stakeholders.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for brand development.

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in tech or digital products

    Product Manager

    Role Overview

    • As a Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our innovative tech dating platform! You'll wear many hats, from leading the product vision and roadmap to collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) to bring it to life.  In this pre-launch phase, your focus will be on defining the core functionalities, ensuring a user-centric approach, and setting the stage for a successful launch. Your leadership and agile methodology skills will be crucial in keeping the project on track and adapting to changing priorities.

    Responsibilities

    User Research & Voice of Customer (VOC):

    • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing to understand target user needs, pain points, and dating app preferences.
    • Analyze user data and feedback to inform product features and functionalities.
    • Partner with marketing to identify ideal user personas and tailor the platform experience accordingly.

    Product Definition & Prioritization:

    • Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate user needs into a clear product roadmap.
    • Prioritize features based on user impact, feasibility, and business goals.

    Competitive Analysis:

    Qualifications

You'll be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, and driving user acquisition and engagement. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other marketing teams to ensure Spowse reaches the right audience and resonates deeply with them.

    Responsibilities

    Messaging and Positioning:

    • Develop clear and compelling messaging that highlights Spowse’s unique features, benefits, and value proposition.
    • Craft positioning statements that resonate with our diverse user base.
    • Collaborate with the product team to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

    User Insights:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the product launch and subsequent updates, including setting objectives, identifying target markets, developing marketing materials, and coordinating cross-functional teams. 

    Marketing Campaigns:

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and iterate based on results.
    • Leverage both organic and paid channels effectively

    Community Building:

    • Engage with our user community through social media, forums, and events.
    • Foster a sense of belonging and encourage user-generated content.
    • Be an advocate for our users and actively listen to their feedback.

    Competitive Analysis:

    • Continuously monitor and analyze competitor apps, identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement in product.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
