    Audit Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls, operational procedures, and compliance with industry regulations.
    • Evaluate the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
    • Identify and report any discrepancies, irregularities, or areas for improvement in financial processes.
    • Collaborate with management to develop and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
    • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
    • Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing and financial management.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal audit policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Audit Officer or in a similar role within the oil and gas or logistics sector.
    • Strong understanding of auditing principles, financial processes, and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using accounting and auditing software. Educational

    Qualification and Experience:

    • First Degree (First Class or Second-Class Upper Division) in accounting Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CISA) is an added advantage.
    • 2 to 4 years relevant experience in Audit, Internal Control, financial management and or Account/Finance in an Oil and Gas Logistics Required Skills:

    Workshop Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
    • Monitor workshop operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Plan and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
    • Provide training and support to staff to enhance skills and improve performance.
    • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime.
    • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Collaborate with management to set production goals and develop strategies to meet them.
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies.
    • Prepare reports on production progress, staff performance, and workshop activities.

    Educational Qualification and Experience:

    • First Degree (First Class or Second-Class Upper Division) in Mechanical Engineering
    • 3 to 4 years relevant experience in the same roles (Workshop Supervisor) in FMCG, Retails and more importantly in Logistics Company is essential.
    • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint) is essential to this role.

    Required Skills:

    • Good Communication Skills (both in writing and verbal communication)
    • Ability to assist the workshop Manager in ensuring Preventive Maintenance of Trucks (HOWO Trucks, Man Diesel Trucks and Mack Trucks)
    • Robust Leadership quality
    • Ability to manage a team of Mechanics and Auto-Technician and Vulcanizer
    • Good Safety Awareness 
    • Good inventory management
    • Ability to manage team with little or no supervision.
    • Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of workshop operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
    • Proficiency in using workshop management software and tools.

    Senior Logistics Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

    • Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, cost analysis, and project updates to the Head, Logistics Operation.

    Educational Qualification and Experience:

    • First Degree (First class or Second-Class Upper Division)/HND in Transportation
    • 7 years relevant experience in logistics operations management
    • MBA and professional qualification is an added advantage.
    • Ability to effectively manage people (Team of Logistics Specialist) and other resources.

    Required Skills:

    • Proven knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations in Oil and Gas Industry.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the Oil and Gas business
    • Ability to handle supply chain challenges in Oil and Gas Industry
    • Proven experience as a Logistics Manager, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
    • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles, as well as industry-specific regulations and standards in Oil and Gas Industry.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
