    ob Description:

    • Mechanical equipment and welding inspection in accordance with standard procedures and established schedules.
    • Conducts all phases of routine repetitive inspections for existing piping systems and facilities.
    • Inspection of repairs and modifications, and inspection of new construction for compliance with specifications, drawings, codes and craftsmanship.

    Description:

    • Carry out all geological work required for the timely execution of designated projects in an efficient and cost-effective manner, according to agreed technical specifications and standards. The scope and schedule of activities is to be agreed with the Head Subsurface, and updated in bi-weekly progress reviews.

    Description:

    • Establish all relevant standards and procedures required to formalize the key processes to be used by the Asset Team management to manage asset integrity over the life cycle of the assets in compliance with Asset Integrity Policy and Procedures and sustain production.
    • Plan and define a structured professional qualification programme for maintenance personnel and liaise with the relevant capability teams to develop training and certification programmes to improve staff competence and enhance productivity.

    Description:

    • Develop and deliver projects through the deployment and performance management of cross-functional technical and operational teams in the Development and Wells directorate.
    • Ensure quality plans are in place through robust technical assurance in all stage gate reviews as well as the annual business planning cycle.
    • Ensure that development plans receive appropriate and timely governance and serve as asset owner for non-producing and undeveloped resources.

    Earth Science Technologist(s)

    Description:

    • Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting subsurface 2D and 3D geophysical data for the purpose of assessing the amount of oil and gas contained within rock structures and quantifying in‐place volume (STOIIP).
    • Responsible for carrying out detailed reservoir seismic characterization, interpretation, calculations, predictions, and modelling studies; and recommends and drives opportunities to improve geophysical data quality.
    • Responsible for delivering a high technical standards seismic interpretation study with 3‐ dimensional subsurface pictures/maps/models on which high confidence inferences can be made for successful well drilling and quantify in‐place volume.

    Description:

    • Maintain QAQC on the tubular & other equipment through a quality inspection, handling, & transportation process.
    • Maintain well cost within or under approved budget by following a standard material planning process.

    Description:

    • An understanding of Specialist procurement activities, and the associated Engineering functionality related to procurement.
    • Proven track record in overseeing EPC projects from womb to tomb. This includes pre- bidding process, pre-bid engineering, special procurement activities, construction, commissioning, and closeouts.

    Marine Expert(s)

    Description:

    • To ensure that all marine operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally aware manner, consistent with industry standards (MARPOL, SOLAS, ISGOTT, OCIMF etc.), by offload tankers at the terminal, supply vessels, tugs, work boats and other marine vessels operating within the offshore facilities.
    • Assist in the review, monitoring and periodical audits of the performance, suitability, sustainability, regulatory performance, and quality standards of all marine vessels operating within the offshore facilities.

    • Previous FPSO experience is important.

    Lead Piping Engineer(s)

    Description:

    • Prepare Pipeline design and deliverables for feasibility studies, conceptual/basic engineering, FEED and DED.
    • Preparation of Piping & Pipeline diagrams (P & ID), Pipeline Alignment sheets/Profiles, data sheets and technical specifications.

    HVAC Maintenance Expert(s)

    Description:

    • Carry out duties as directed by the Company Offshore supervisory personnel in accordance with Company QHSE policy and operational procedures, including the implementation of Task and Dive Plans.
    • Ensure Risk Assessments, JSA`s, TBTs have been conducted and recorded in accordance with Company procedures prior to any task being carried out also ensuring responsible person has instigated all identified control measures.

    • Prepare and manage maintenance plan, spare inventory and all other related administrative tools in UNISUP as regards Instrumentation, control systems and metering maintenance on site.
    • Prepare and update the metering manuals describing the CLIENT technical & fiscal metering equipment as well as related operating procedures. Ensure the proper saving and storage of data back-up, and documentation.  
    • Ensure that periodical meter proving exercise at our LACT points as well as the prover loop calibrations are carried-out as    provided for by the regulations governing operations of such facilities (DPR regulations).  
    • Ensure that the fiscal gas metering system quarterly validations, Client Supply Point Technical and Commercial Ticketing Audit are  carried out in compliance with the Gas
    • Utilisation Agreement with the Client and  the regulations governing operations of such facilities (DPR regulations).
    • Ensure that the Fiscal Metering systems are fully operational, accurate and comply with the regulations defined by the Authorities. 
    • Ensure proper certification of the fiscal metering systems and smooth relations with the DPR with the commercial team. 
    • Liase with the Main Maintenance Contractor teams on the necessary corrective actions as relates to the metering systems. 
    • Specify the new technical and commercial metering systems in co-operation with instrumentation specialists. 
    • Initiate and follow-up the monitoring of performance for the equipment defined within the Field of Competence including Metering Systems, Fire and Gas detection systems, ESD systems, Security control, etc. 
    • Work closely with instrumentation Maintenance Methods during metering interventions and share experience(s) accordingly.
    • Provide and clarify flow equation formulae to be entered/ entered on the ICSS. 
    • Coordinate with the Technical Support and Smart Room teams for the investigations, follow-up and reporting of deficiencies or significant events.
    • Issue FITA (Failure Investigations and Technical Analysis) reports and REX+ Return of experience related to equipment within the Field of Competence. 

    QUALIFICATION

    • B.Sc / B.Eng. Degree in any engineering related discipline such as Instrument/Control/Electronic/Automation/Petroleum/Chemical.
    • 5 to 10 years working experience in an oil producing, manufacturing or service Company with specialized training/competence im Metering techniques.
    • Large Expertise in Metering systems and International Metering Codes (ISO, API, AGA,etc ...) Good relational, presentation and communication skills.
    • Computer literate, with a knowledge of computerised process systems.
    • Ability to organize a mission campaign in an offshore environment
