    Sales Manager (Real Estate)

    Role Summary

    The Head of Sales is responsible for the development and performance of all Sales activities in the organization and the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company\'s vision and values. S/he will establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to the development of new product/service lines for clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with market trends and company objectives, establish sales strategies with KPIs, and adapt resources to support sales initiatives.
    • Identifying strategic business opportunities for the company to generate revenue.
    • Develop pricing strategies to optimize profits, manage sales budgets and forecasts, and ensure sales activities are within budget.
    • Grow client network, maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, and secure new institutional customers to expand market reach.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
    • Coordinate sales activities for the real estate development business
    • Building market recognition and customer base in the primary location.
    • Build a detailed understanding of the client’s products, services, and capabilities, as well as of our competitors and current and prospective customers in the Real Estate Market.
    • Exceed any personal or commercial targets set and manage strategic planning, and forecasting, as well as reporting activities as necessary.
    • Develop and implement a sales strategy for the market that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
    • Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
    • Gather market and customer information to evaluate customer research, and market conditions, and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
    • Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of the company\'s products & services.
    • Develop a good knowledge of the FM Real Estate market; demand competition and prices
    • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of new product/service lines for clients
    • Provide timely sales updates to the Managing Director 

    Qualifications

    • First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field
    • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven years of experience in any sector of the real estate industry that involves either selling physical products or services e.g. land, buildings, mortgages, real estate investment and finance, etc. 
    • The ideal candidate must have a very sound knowledge of the real estate industry in Nigeria
    • Experience working in top real estate and Infrastructure development companies in Nigeria 
    • In-depth understanding of land titling and transactions
    • Previous exposure and access to a good network of customer base e.g. Diaspora, cooperative, developers, estate agents etc. 
    • Strong analytical skills with strategic focus and mindset 
    • Effective communications and presentation skills to be able to engage, and win customers
    • Proven track record of success selling landed assets and services

    Business Analyst (Bonny Island)

    Role Profile

    As a business analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to help inform strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.

    The successful candidate will be working with the strategy and planning team of the organization to develop analyses that will lead to actionable insights that will enable the acceleration of the profitable growth of the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Design key performance indicators, measure the performance of departments/subsidiaries, analyze customer behavior and trends, mine and analyze departmental and organizational performance data, and study competitors to improve performance.
    • Wrangle data from multiple sources including sales, operations, customer databases, macroeconomy, and competition to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision-making
    • Create (design and build) reports and analyses using Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Analyze financial statements and related data to identify investment priorities for top management, and guide on the effectiveness of various initiatives and investments.
    • Conduct research and special studies on potential new ventures proposed by management; assess their profitability, ROI, ROE, and other relevant indices x to evaluate strategic growth opportunities such as acquisitions, partnerships, investments, etc
    • Collaborate on conducting competitive and market analysis by region, geographic area, and industry, and linking strategic projects with implications and potential outcomes for the Business Units.
    • Support the creation of monthly and quarterly reports on the business environment, macroeconomics, and industry trends for General Managers, facilitating their ability to make informed decisions that will provide the organization with a competitive edge in the marketplace.

    • Assist in coordinating quarterly and annual business strategy and performance reviews for various subsidiaries of the organization.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field of study
    • 3 - 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a well-structured environment
    • Experience in designing dashboards for effective decision-making
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data from various sources.
    • NB: The ideal candidate must reside in Bonny Rivers-state
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Advanced Excel
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly and concisely, especially  to non-technical stakeholders
    • Experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams
