    Social Media Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.
    • Create and curate engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos, that resonates with our target audience.
    • Build and manage our online communities on various social media platforms, fostering positive interactions and addressing customer inquiries.
    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure ROI, identify trends, and optimize our strategies.
    • Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience and drive conversions.
    • Monitor social media conversations to identify brand mentions, potential crises, and opportunities for engagement.
    • Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in social media management.
    • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
    • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
    • Knowledge of graphic design or video editing software.
    • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite Analytics)

    Business Development Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other prospecting techniques.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
    • Develop and prepare highquality proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our consulting services.
    • Deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients to showcase our expertise and capabilities.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure favorable business deals.
    • Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target markets, and competitive landscape.
    • Collaborate with consulting teams to understand their capabilities and develop tailored business solutions.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the consulting industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
    • Strong understanding of the consulting industry and its value proposition.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN selling, solution selling)
    • Experience in building and managing sales teams.
