    Supply Chain Analyst

    StreSERT Services Limited - We are recruiting on behalf of our client to fill the position below:

    Job Purpose

    • Coordination, Support and Supervision of supply chain processes for country.
    • Improve operational excellence and performance of the company’s supply chain on operational level between 3rd party customers/agents and sites.
    • Drive this performance through delivery of support and training in key processes, facilitation of key supply chain parameters and performance management.
    • Implement Global SCM and Regional SCM strategy to improve service, supply, and cost effectiveness for the country/region.
    • To coordinate effective demand forecasting and inventory management for the business and develop sales and operation planning processes to meet the demand.
    • Manage all pricing issues for the individual country products within the country/region. Manage any NGO business in region if applicable.

    Major Accountabilities

    • Leading the demand and supply management processes and ensuring that they are in line with the agreed business targets.
    • Ensure effective inventory management in the local organizations.
    • Inventory and write off management of the country/region.
    • Ensuring commercial/site team compliance of the invoicing policy.
    • Negotiation of supply plan with suppliers.
    • Ensuring demand forecasting data generated in finance, marketing, and sales with support of the Cluster Head.
    • Ensuring demand analysis and consumption tracking is carried out on behalf of the business.
    • Support launches and new products supply set ups.
    • Pricing negotiations for (TPC, SPR requests) private and tenders pricing
    • Provide link between 3rd party customer and sites, payment, and LC follow-up.
    • Support site registration processes in countries
    • Support new markets development.
    • Responsible for measuring forecasting accuracy and feeding trends to marketing.
    • Drive improvements in working capital management.
    • Facilitate best practice sharing/standardized processes.
    • Monitor and improve Global SCM KPI’s for country/region (such as PA, Sales Forecast Accuracy, stock out, write-off).
    • Identify, kick-off and support SC projects to improve the regional performance.
    • Implementation, support as well as training of new tools within the region (e.g. NRC). Ensure proper tool usage in operational environment.
    • Process owner and Expert of dedicated supply chain and forecasting processes to ensure process adherence within supply chain and related functions.

    Pricing:

    • Obtain transfer price from Finance Departments
    • Prepare and submit pricing documentation to relevant authorities.
    • Establish target prices for products in the country/region.
    • Establish target prices for tender businesses in the country/region.
    • Establish rules for rebates, discounts, and tenders.
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Stock out avoidance, Product Availability
    • Inventory management and gap analysis, write off management.
    • Clear process definition, documentation, implementation, and adherence
    • Efficiency of supply processes across the country/region.
    • Cost efficiencies achieved for country/region.
    • Price efficiency

    Ideal Background 

    Education (minimum/desirable):

    • University degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, and related degree.

    Languages:

    • Fluent in English (mandatory)

    • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across a global, matrixed company.
    • Excellent analytical ability

    Regulatory Affair Associate

    StreSERT Services Limited - We are recruiting on behalf of our client to fill the position below:

    Job Purpose

    • Support EWA RA Team with life cycle maintenance activities in EWA Cluster
    • Support EWA RA Team by preparing submissions for post-approval changes in EWA Cluster
    • Follow up with the Health Authorities to achieve conclusion of submitted applications and escalate where necessary.
    • Maintain all necessary company databases to ensure regulatory compliance at all times.
    • Support RA managers by maintaining open communication with internal stakeholders such as NTO, CMC and the EWA RA Team as required and regularly provide feedback

    Major Accountabilities

    • Prepare applications and ensure submissions for post-approval changes (variations, renewals) are made, and follow up with the Health Authority for timely approval.
    • Maintain prompt submission of post approval commitments and other changes and provide timely responses to HA as required.
    • Follow up with CMC and NTO for responses to deficiency letters received for submitted variations
    • Maintain adherence to Global and local/regional processes with respect to life-cycle maintenance activities.
    • Review the HA website regularly and ensure current information and updated guidelines are shared with the RA team and relevant regulatory databases are up-to-date and accurate
    • Develop and maintain good working relationships with the Health Authorities, providing feedback from Health Authorities regarding submissions made or any relevant changes (processes, guidelines, etc.)
    • Ensure issues of non-compliance are handled with urgency and appropriate channels are engaged  in a timely manner where necessary
    • Ensure compliance to local and global KPIs
    • Develop and maintain good working relationships with other organization functions/departments both locally and globally as well as with Health Authorities as required
    • Support RA projects and activities as assigned by RA Managers & RA Specialist
    • Appropriately share any identified issues related to compliance and regulatory intelligence affecting lifecycle management.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Timely submission of post-approval changes (variations) and follows up with the Health Authority for approval.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant Health authority guidelines and regulations
    • Address issues related to compliance with urgency as appropriate
    • Accurate monitoring and maintenance of relevant regulatory information management system(e.g. DRAGON, Production Transfer Tool)
    • Achieve 95% Regulatory compliance deliverables (compliance with relevant databases, trainings and any such deliverable)

    Ideal Background 

    Education (minimum/desirable):

    • B. Pharm or BSc in life sciences

    Languages:

    • Fluent in English (mandatory)

    Experience:

    • 1-2 years RA experience
    • Good communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of CTD dossier format.
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Good team player
    • Good inter-personal skills.

    • Meet the Company’s set annual target for your assigned Territory.
    • Effective usage of SFA tools to document attendance, customer calls and sales activities daily.

    Sales Advisor

    Responsibilities (Marketing/Sales)

    • Develop base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational, and special-interest groups to compile lists of prospects.
    • Determine clients’ particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments; determining extent of present coverage and investments; ascertaining long-term goals.
    • Sales/marketing of the different insurance product & services.

    Value Proposition

    • Base pay is N40, 000.00 per month+ commission which is tied to every transaction booked by the PSS (without a broker intermediary).
