    Compliance Officer

    Salary Range: 150-170K

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and perform batch record disposition of development, finished products, and raw materials.
    • Review and approve manufacturing and QC-related documents for batch record disposition.
    • Provide risk-assessment tracking and other established mechanisms for risk assessment.
    • Initiate, Review, and approve deviations, change controls, facility Work Orders, and any other site/product-related documents ensuring adequate levels of documentation are adequate and compliant with existing procedures.
    • Ensure the Disposition process meets industry expectations and requirements.
    • Drive continuous improvement and enhancement efforts to the Disposition process to ensure an efficient yet Compliant process is maintained.
    • Develop reports and analyses to expose potential risks and gaps that need corrective action or preventative action.
    • Compose and disseminate standardized internal communications to pharmaceutical personnel on important compliance developments, company policies, and procedures.
    • Support quality manual implementation teams in areas of technical expertise as required.
    • Support regulatory agency inspections, by way of auditing, training, preparation, and tracking commitments.
    • Support maintenance of central file for correctives and inspection history.
    • Write, review, and approve Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and associated processes/guidelines.
    • Participate in the internal audit program.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in degree in pharmacy, chemistry, and relevant field.
    • A minimum of 3 years experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager, or similar position in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing company.
    • Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
    • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
    • Exposure and hands-on experience in handling different roles in different manufacturing disciplines (e.g., Production, Quality, Engineering, EHS) is a plus.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.

    Electrical Engineer

    SLOT: 2

    REMUNERATION: 80K

     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products
    • Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards
    • Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time
    • Define customer needs and requirements
    • Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards
    • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes
    • Summarize data and report on test results
    • Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets
    • Monitor maintenance and inspection plans

    REQUIREMENTS

    • HND/OND in the relative field
    • Minimum of 1  year working experience as an electrical technician in a  pharmaceutical or food industry.
    • Proven expertise as an electrical engineer
    • Hands-on experience using design and calculation software
    • Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes
    • Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
    • Problem-solving abilities
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    Safety Coordinator

    RESPONSIBILITY 

    • Create and implement safety plans while ensuring that they are being followed daily
    • Conduct safety observation reports on a regular basis, depending on the length of the project
    • Attend safety walks and inspections before or during each project to analyze safety risks
    • Educate employees on safety standards and expectations as well as safe machinery operation
    • Provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace
    • Investigate accidents that occur onsite and identify possible causes of the accident
    • Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents, and related events
    • Act as a liaison between management and external safety agencies, such as fire and insurance personnel
    • Identify safety training needs and develop an action plan to complete training. Ensure that annual refresher training is accomplished as needed.

    REQUIREMENTS 

    • A minimum bachelor's degree in health and safety or a related field 
    • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar role
    • Registration as a Certified Safety Professional or similar form of licensure as a safety officer is an added advantage.
    • Excellent knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
    • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and auditor safety software
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation
    • Leadership skills, such as the ability to motivate a team and provide feedback

    Procurement Officer

    SALARY: 100K NET

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Oversee and supervise all activities of the procurement department.
    • Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies for the technicians and workshop in general.
    • Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
    • Review, compare, analyze, and request approval of product items to be purchased.
    • Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
    • Maintain and update vendor information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
    • Maintain good vendor relations and negotiate contracts.
    • Research and evaluate prospective vendors.
    • Review and analyse bid proposals and vendor contracts to ensure they are in line with the company’s goals and budget.
    • Provide daily and weekly reports to top management.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Sending daily reports on purchase.
    • Send estimates of product items and parts to the clients for approval.
    • Arranging the store and Keeping records of spare parts in the store.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.

    REQUIREMENT

    • A minimum of a BSc/HND in Procurement and Supply, business management, Economics or related field. 
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement. 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • The ability to utilize and analyse sales data to predict and plan future purchases in line with the company's budget. 
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Strong work ethics & reliability.
