    IT Security Lead

    Job Summary

    • Supervise the following IT security operations: incident response management, security monitoring, threat intelligence, security analytics and forensics, vulnerability assessment scanning, and security testing, security compliance and remediation tracking, information security awareness, cyber resilience, and review, draft, and revise information security policies. 

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive IT security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard the organization’s systems, networks, and data.
    • Lead the identification and assessment of potential security risks and vulnerabilities, conducting regular security audits and risk assessments.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to establish security requirements and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
    • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, access controls, and encryption mechanisms.
    • Manage security incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and recovery from security breaches or incidents.
    • Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify potential security incidents or breaches and take appropriate action.
    • Conduct regular security awareness training and education programs for employees to promote a security-conscious culture.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to the IT security team, fostering professional development and skill enhancement.

    Educational Qualifications & Skills

    • B.Sc. in any related disciplines
    • Professional Qualification in CISSP
    • 7 – 10 years of experience

    Project Assistant

    Job Summary

    • The job holder is responsible for the general administration, secretarial, and related logistics matters for one or several teams of Project Group, specifically based in Port Harcourt NIGERIA.  
    • The job holder is also accountable for demonstrating exemplary behavior about HSSE rules and requirements.
    • The job holder reports to the Package Manager and functionally to the Project Control Manager.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • To organize and follow up Project Management team agenda as requested. 
    • To type/register/manage outgoing correspondences or any paperwork for the Project Management team as  requested 
    • To manage and order necessary office supplies 
    • To organize or assist the organization of meetings and associated logistics (internal meetings/meetings with Partners/Contractors or special events) 
    • To receive/dispatch/register / manage information and correspondences 
    • To welcome and guide visitors 
    • To assist in the organization of the arrival of newcomers and departures (assignment of offices, IT, and phone  equipment) 
    • To maintain the Project Directory, schedule of absence/presence/missions, and any other directory as necessary 
    • To organize travel arrangements for the Project team: organize missions, make sure all security rules are applied, perform booking as necessary, and treat expense statements of travelers promptly
    • To observe and impose strict confidentiality in the performance of the documentation management during the tendering phase and in a general manner all along the course of the Project.  
    • To gather ‘lessons learned’ and provide feedback to other entities as required. 
    • Must have a good communication skill.

    Educational Qualifications & Skills

    • BSc or HND, or equivalent with sound knowledge in Documentation management through EDMS. 

    Professional Experience:                

    • 10-15 years

    Planning & Reporting

    Job Summary

    The job holder is responsible for: 

    • Supervising, controlling, and coordinating the activities related to the Work package schedule and plan with associated progress measurement; this includes the development of an integrated project schedule, supervision of scheduling, and progress measurement activities during the Execution phase. 
    • Developing and maintaining schedules at the project level, with analysis of critical paths and potential clashes and proposal of remedial actions/solutions. 
    • Ensuring availability at all times of updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurement documentation. 
    • Ensuring reporting at the Project level (issue of Weekly reports, Monthly Status Reports).

    Main Responsibilities:

    • To develop, implement, and maintain procedures, means, and tools to ensure the efficient organization and operation of the scheduling, progress control, and reporting activities.
    • To define (and update as necessary) a suitable Work Breakdown Structure complying with Project needs in terms of progress control, cost control, and reporting, for all phases of the Project.
    • To develop, update, and revise the overall integrated Project Schedules as required by Project Management, and to provide analyses and simulations of new schedules also as required.
    • To assist Packages to review and comment contractors’ procedures linked to schedules and progress control methodology.  
    • To monitor contractors’ execution schedules, and to check and approve contractors’ progress measurements and progress reports. 
    • To define coordinate and supervise the development of detailed and accurate Project Monthly Report/Project.
    • Weekly Report (and any other report as requested) during all phases of the Project.
    • To identify and monitor Project risks associated with potential cost and schedule impacts. 
    • To timely report to the Project Control Manager, highlighting progress and encountered areas of concern.

    Educational Qualifications & Skills

    • University degree or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent. 
    • Perfect knowledge of PRIMAVERA

    Professional Experience:                    

    • 10-20 years

    Experience in a similar position:        

    • 5-10 years
