Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Job Description

• To ensure all vehicle papers are up to date (you are to alert the Administrative Department not later than a month on documents that are about to expire).
• To have the full knowledge of highway codes and their implications and put this knowledge into practice and save the Company time and funds.
• To report any malfunction or any fault noticed in the vehicle immediately.
• To fix or repair faults in the vehicle or see to the fixing or repairing, by actively ensuring that maintenance and repairs are administered promptly and the vehicle is quickly put back in good condition.
• To be deployed or sent out of state/country on assignment at short notice on Company’s business or other instructions.
• To study and adhere to the Drivers Schedule AT ALL TIMES. See the Drivers Schedule attached and keep it with you all times for your reference.
• To adhere and comply by the tenets of the Company’s non-disclosure code whilst in the Company’s employment and thereafter.
