    Account Officer

    Job Description

    • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
    • Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
    • Respond to inquiries from management, auditors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 3+ years relevant work experience.

    Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills who is willing to grow with the company, and to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

    Responsibilities

    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

    Quality Control Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Testing and assessing products
    • Identifying product defects or potential issues and determining what to do to resolve the issue
    • Develop methods for the testing quality of materials, products and packaging.
    • Supporting process improvements throughout the testing and quality assurance processes.
    • Develop product and process quality metric reports.
    • Develop sampling plans for quality control purposes.
    • May also be responsible for making necessary product repairs. Etc..

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food & Nutrition and other Science related courses.
    • 2-3 years + experiencein the food and beverage industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
    • Generate sales leads
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
