    Medical Advisor

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and oversight on programme, monitoring and evaluation of the Global Fund project.
    • Ensure that the implementation of programme, monitoring and evaluation activities are in line with the projects implementation plan and meets the donor and project's M&E needs.
    • Provide technical support to state officers in ensuring that programmatic data/indicators are accurately captured and reported according to set guidelines.
    • Represent and make appropriate presentations to stakeholders at various forum on programme activities, achievements and deliverables and other M&E activities
    • Support the development and design of the M&E framework, tools and project M&E plans, guidelines and ensure efficient data management processes
    • Provide continuous technical lead to project team on programme, data management and regularly analyze data, highlight important programmatic gaps and coordinate with program management and others in addressing these gaps.
    • Conduct routine monitoring and supportive supervisory visits to project sites, including patients care, data verification and validation and data quality assessments (DQAs)
    • Ensure regular maintenance of database/information system, projects training database and programmatic progress updates that documents achievements on a regular basis.
    • Support monitoring activities to project sites, collation/analysis of monitoring reports for program feedback and decision making
    • Facilitate the preparation/production of project reports,
    • Provide technical support to PPM (Global Fund Project) including development of survey instruments, survey implementation, data analysis and report writing under the guidance of the Programme Coordinator and Country Representative

    Education / Experience

    • Applicants must have a degree in Medicine (MBBS or MBChB)
    • Possession of an MPH or postgraduate degree in a medical related field is an added advantage
    • Minimum of five (5) years post NYSC qualification with minimum of two years working experience on TB/HIV related project
    • Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation in related health fields and programs in developing countries
    • Working experience with Global fund-supported projects or any other donor-funded programs is desirable.
    • Experience with private, public and community health practice is desirable
    • Competency in Microsoft Office, SPSS/Epi-Info or STATA
    • Applicant's experience must reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above

    Adhoc Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day oversight for the scale-up of community TB/DRTB, HIV, and PPM services across the state.
    • Coordinate with all the ad-hoc field workers engaged by DFB to ensure effective service delivery
    • Support the STA in ensuring seamless coordination and robust data reporting.
    • Work closely with cluster coordinators and LGA TB/HIV reporting structures.
    • Identify the gaps in providers, facilities, and LGAs and develop remedial actions.
    • Provide on-site mentoring and capacity building for TB/HIV PPM and community service providers in the state.
    • Review weekly community TB and HIV activity reports from outreaches, Active Case findings, and HTS among pregnant women conducted across all LGAs by the CBOs.
    • Support the STBLCP and SASCP in ensuring 100% linkage to treatment for HIV-positive pregnant women identified in the community.
    • Maintain statewide visibility of TB/HIV program commodities, consumables, and medicines.
    • Prepare distribution plans and generate monthly utilization reports

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree in Science related field or any other relevant background.
    • A Master's Degree in Statistics or Public Health will be an additional advantage.
    • Proficiency in the use of statistical analysis and use of Microsoft office
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
    • Experience in working in community TB/HIV, within Nigeria.
    • Ability to multi-task

    Financial Assistant

    Duties and Responsibilities of Finance Assistants

    • Update of financial spreadsheets with daily transactions on Quickbook
    • Preparation and payment of all necessary vouchers and journals
    • Tracking and reconciling bank statements
    • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance Director
    • Assist the Finance Director in creating financial reports on a regular basis
    • Adhere to the organization’s financial policies and procedures and ensuring compliance
    • Create, process and follow up on retirements
    • Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
    • Performing financial analysis and reporting
    • Ensuring financial documents are well stored and archived
    • Perform all other duties delegated by the finance director

    Qualification / Education

    • HND / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration & Management or any other relevant background.
    • Relevant accounting certifications and the use of QuickBooks will be an added advantage
    • Advance skills in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables and data analysis tools
    • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
    • Strong attention to details and accuracy

    State Technical Assistant

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day oversight for the scale-up of community TB/DRTB, HIV, and PPM services across the state.
    • Coordinate with all the ad-hoc field workers engaged by DFB to ensure effective service delivery
    • Support the STO in ensuring seamless coordination and robust data reporting.
    • Work closely with cluster coordinators and LGA TB/HIV reporting structures.
    • Collaborate with the state STBLCP and SASCP to facilitate knowledge transfer and capacity building as TB and HIV service integration is being scaled up.
    • Build the capacity of existing state TB and HIV structures toward program sustainability
    • Collate and analyze program data following LGA validation of TB and HIV data.
    • Identify the gaps in providers, facilities, and LGAs and develop remedial actions.
    • Develop the weekly state/LGA TB/HIV activity work plan in line with the approved state budget.
    • Onboard field teams and service providers on technological solutions (MATS, CommTB, AIM 250, EPCON, specimen movement dashboard)
    • Provide on-site mentoring and capacity building for TB/HIV PPM and community service providers in the state.
    • Review weekly community TB and HIV activity reports from outreaches, Active Case findings, and HTS among pregnant women conducted across all LGAs by the CBOs.
    • Assess work plans and budgets for subsequent week’s activities for STO approval.
    • Maintain the state’s line listing of all DRTB patients identified from PPM and community interventions.
    • Support the STBLCP and SASCP in ensuring 100% linkage to treatment for HIV-positive pregnant women identified in the community.
    • Maintain statewide visibility of TB/HIV program commodities, consumables, and medicines.
    • Prepare distribution plans and generate monthly utilization reports

    Qualification / Education
