    Job Summary 

    • We are seeking to hire a C-Suit Pastoral Care Director for our client a Christian based foundation.
    • The Pastoral Care Director is responsible for providing spiritual leadership, support, and care to the members of the foundation This role involves overseeing pastoral programs, offering counseling, and fostering a supportive and spiritually nourishing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and develop pastoral care and discipleship programs that support the spiritual well-being of members.
    • Provide spiritual guidance, counseling, and support to individuals and groups.
    • Organize and lead prayer meetings, worship services, and other spiritual activities.
    • Collaborate with other directors to integrate spiritual care into all aspects of the organization’s activities.
    • Train and mentor volunteers and staff in providing pastoral care.
