    Direct Sales Agent

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking to hire a Direct Sales Agent that will be responsible for generating sales through direct interaction with potential customers.
    • The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting products or services and closing sales.
    • Ideal candidate will work independently or as a part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and target potential customers.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales target.
    • Record and report sales activities accurately.
    • Recommend improvements or new products based on customer needs and market analysis.
    • Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.

    Experienced Driver

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a reliable and skilled driver with at least Seven years of professional driving experience.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of local routes and traffic laws, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to safety.
    • The driver will be responsible for transporting clients safely and efficiently while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.

    Responsibilities

    • Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle, ensuring it is clean and in good working order.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
    • Schedule and perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
    • Provide a professional and courteous service to passengers.
    • Maintain accurate records of travel times, mileage and expenses.
    • Handle unexpected situation; such as traffic delays or vehicle breakdown calmly and efficiently.
    • Ensure all vehicle licenses are up to date.
    • Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the vehicle.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 7years of professional driving experience.
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Strong knowledge of local routes and geography.
    • Ability to operate a variety of vehicles.
    • Must be Married.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to read and understand maps, GPS and / or written instructions.
    • Must be within Age 40 and above.

    Working Hours:

    • Monday – Saturday (7am- 8pm)

    Telemarketer

    Job Description

    • The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
    • This role involves generating sales leads, providing information about product features and addressing customer inquiries.
    • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.

    Responsibilities

    • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.
    • Follow provided scripts to provide information about products and services, take orders and solicit sales.
    • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interest of specific individuals.
    • Identify potential customers through cold calling, lead follow-up and existing customer base.
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
    • Record customer details, interaction, and sales in the CRM system.
    • Schedule follow-up calls with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet purchased work closely with the sales & marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/ customer service role.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to work independently and a part of a team.
