    Well Performance Engineer Onshore

    Responsibilities:

    • Follow up on actual wells production or injection, while identifying well production shortfalls and analyzing their origins.
    • Co-ordinate reservoir, drilling/completion, and production multi-disciplinary expertise to propose curative actions for under-performing wells and quantifying the expected benefits.
    • Take responsibility for the Statement of requirements for Well Performance monitoring, mechanical survey, and scale removal along with the validation and interpretation of Well performance and integrity data.
    • Design gas lift injection systems for valve change out in installed mandrels and well restart.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
    • Professional experience of around 6 years in Oil & Gas production, including operational experience in reservoir, completion and stimulation or production.
    • Good overview of the different parameters affecting the performance of a well, from the reservoir to the surface utilities.

    Product Sales (Turbo Machinery)

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Turbo Machinery products, targeting both existing and prospective clients by conducting regular presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our offerings.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
    • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and applications of filtration and turbo machinery products.
    • Supervise all aspects of product installation from pre-commissioning, commissioning of all related products and ensure their prompt delivery.                                 

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor / master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
    • At least 5 years of work experience.
    • Proficiency in fluid mechanics, separation, and filtration technology
    • Good technical knowledge and understanding of Turbo Machinery products and their applications.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

    Key Account Sales Executive

    Job Description:

    • Effectively coordinate and track all activities occurring for each account assigned, starting from lead identification and tender generation up till final payment and cycle closure.
    • Keep abreast of client production rates, investments and divestments, and other activities, news and projects in order to build opportunity pipeline, identify new areas of interest and generate new business.
    • Ensure continuous customer satisfaction through delivering high on major customer performance criteria (OTD, RT, HSE, Quality etc).
    • Attend to tenders and negotiate with the clients tender, contract and quotations terms and conditions in line with both the company accepted parameters and clients’ needs until closing the deal. 
    • Prepare regular reports on progress, targets met and forecasts on timely basis as required by direct Manager. 

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor or Technical University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
    • 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in Oil and Gas related field.
    • Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Process is a plus.
    • Experience & Knowledge in the following product categories is a plus; Rotating Equipment (Pumps, Compressors, Turbines, Gear Boxes), Pipes & Fittings, Valves & actuators, Gas Detectors, Hydraulic & Air Filtration Systems.
    • Very good command of English (spoken and written). 
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, excel, etc.…).
    • Job requires frequent traveling within the country.
    • Customer service skills.
    • Communication skills.
    • Problem solving skills.
    • Report writing skills.
    • Presentation Skills.
    • Multi-tasking, prioritizing and time management skills.
    • Positive and winning attitude.
