    Digital Media Intern

    Position Summary:

    • The Digital Media Intern will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement with our target audience.
    • This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of current social media trends and best practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Social Media Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with ThinkMint Nigeria’s marketing and business goals.
    • Identify target audience and determine the best platforms and content strategies to engage them.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
    • Content Creation and Management:
    • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, and other multimedia) for all social media platforms.
    • Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely updates across all channels.
    •  Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to produce high-quality, relevant content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging.

    Community Engagement:

    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster a positive and engaging online community by actively participating in conversations and building relationships with followers.
    • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively to ensure a positive brand experience.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
    • Use data insights to optimize content and strategies, and make data-driven decisions to improve overall social media performance.
    • Provide regular reports to the Marketing Director and other stakeholders on social media activities and results.

    Advertising and Promotions:

    • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost visibility, reach, and engagement.   

    Brand Consistency and Compliance:

    • Ensure all social media content adheres to ThinkMint Nigeria’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice.
    • Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements related to social media marketing and ensure compliance.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree from a recognized and reputable institution.
    • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and their best practices.
    • Strong creative and writing skills with the ability to produce engaging and high-quality content.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

    Sales Executive

    Position Summary:

    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
    • This role requires a proactive and motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for real estate and sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Generation:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
    • Present and promote ThinkMint Nigeria’s products and services to potential clients.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.

    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends for the appropriate quarters.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
