    Chief Finance Officer

    Job Overview

    A real estate & roofing company with office along Lekki - Epe Expressway requires the services of a Chief Finance Officer. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team and responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. This role requires a strategic and results-driven finance professional with a strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and business strategy. The CFO will play a critical role in driving the company's financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting its growth and profitability objectives.

    Job Description

    • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
    • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
    • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending appropriate actions.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, legal regulations, and tax requirements.
    • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.
    • Manage banking relationships, negotiate financing agreements, and optimize cash management strategies.
    • Conduct financial analysis, assess financial performance, and provide insights to support decision-making.
    • Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor financial performance against budget and key performance indicators.
    • Collaborate with other departments to develop financial models and evaluate business cases for investment opportunities.
    • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance is desirable. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA are advantageous.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
    • Proven track record of financial leadership, including strategic planning, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
    • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
    • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred.
    • For Proximity successful candidate must reside along lekki  - Epe Expressway or very close to lekki - Epe Expressway

    Proposed Salary:450k to 500k gross. The proposed salary for the CFO position will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

    Social Media Marketer/Content Creator

    JOB OVERVIEW

    Our school at Ejibgo is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Social Media Specialist to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users. Our objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.     Responsibilities

    • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
    • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
    • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
    • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
    • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
    • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
    • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

    Requirements and skills

    • BSc in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
    • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
    • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
    • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
    • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
    • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
    • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organisational ability
    • Fluency in English
