    Key Account Manager

    What We Need

    • We are looking to hire a vibrant Key Account Manager to support the Commercial team in achieving growth in revenue and market share through relationship management and cross selling/upselling.
    • The role will be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing merchant relationships with the aim of maximizing revenue from current merchants, ensuring upselling and cross-selling opportunities are explored and executed.

    Key Objectives;

    • Revenue from Key Accounts: Increase in revenue generated from key accounts over time
    • Cross-Selling and Upselling Rates: Success of initiatives aimed at selling additional products or services to existing key merchants.
    • Client Retention Rate: % of key accounts retained over a specific period.
    • Churn Rate: Monitor the rate at which key merchants discontinue their engagement with SeerBit.
    • New Business Opportunities: Identify and track new business opportunities within key merchants.
    • Market Share Growth: Assess the contribution of key accounts to SeerBit’s overall market share.
    • Resolution Time: Maintain a 24hrs TAT to resolve merchant complaints

    Requirements

    • Bachelors/master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years cognate experience preferrable from the financial service sector

    Engineering Manager

    What We Need

    • We are looking to hire an experienced Engineering manager who will provide technical leadership, and ensure efficient project delivery and cross-functional collaboration between engineering and other departments to ensure that technical efforts align with business objectives.
    • The engineering manager will play a major role in the teams productivity and morale, scalability, and performance optimization and ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation which aids in knowledge transfer within the team and supports continuity in case of personnel changes.

    Key Objectives;

    • Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects related to payment technology.
    • Monitor project milestones and deadlines, implementing strategies to address delays if necessary.
    • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in technology solutions.
    • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for professional development.
    • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals.
    • Facilitate effective communication between engineering and other departments.
    • Contribute to the development of the technical strategy and roadmap.
    • Ensure that SeerBit’s technology roadmap aligns with business objectives and industry trends.
    • Oversee the implementation of robust testing processes and quality assurance measures to ensure the reliability and security of payment systems.
    • Ensure that engineering practices comply with relevant regulations and industry standards in the payments sector.
    • Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard sensitive financial information.
    • Plan for the scalability of systems to handle growing transaction volumes.
    • Monitor and optimize the performance of payment systems to ensure efficiency.
    • Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact the stability or functionality of payment systems.
    • Implement contingency plans for potential issues.
    • Evaluate and make recommendations on third-party tools, technologies, and vendors that can enhance the payment infrastructure.
    • Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation for systems, processes, and best practices.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to manage and optimize the engineering budget effectively.
    • Justify technology-related expenditures and allocate resources efficiently.

    Requirements

    • First Class/Second Class Upper in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field
    • 10-12 years’ experience with 4 years cognate experience in a similar role.
    • Proven supervisory and technical skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems
    • Exceptional organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously
    • Strong analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
