    Direct Sales Agent

    Job Summary

    • We seek experienced Sales Agents to promote our products / services, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth in the region / territory.
    • Successful candidates will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in pension, banking, or FMCG sectors
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention
    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and pitches to potential clients
    • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
    • Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience
    • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client concerns.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in pension, banking, or FMCG sectors
    • Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
    • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer needs analysis, and negotiation techniques
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Nice to Have:

    • Professional certifications (e.g., CIS, CFA, CRM)
    • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in pension, banking, or FMCG sectors.

    Inventory Officer

    Job Summary

    • We seek an experienced Inventory Officer to manage our inventory operations, ensure accuracy and efficiency in stock management, and provide financial insights to inform business decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records (physical counts, cycle counts, and perpetual inventory)
    • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations
    • Analyze inventory trends, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
    • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to optimize inventory levels
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports (inventory valuation, stock depreciation, etc.)
    • Develop and implement inventory management procedures and process improvements

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management and accounting
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS)
    • Proficient in inventory management software (ERP systems)
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Nice to Have:

    • Certification in accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
    • Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
    • Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
