    Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    Operational Management:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the lounge/nightclub, ensuring that all departments (bar, kitchen, security, etc.) function effectively.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.

    Staff Management:

    • Recruit, train, and manage staff, including bartenders, servers, security personnel, and kitchen staff.
    • Create work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to ensure high standards of service.
    • Address any staff-related issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

    Customer Experience:

    • Ensure that all guests receive high-quality service and have a positive experience.
    • Address customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve the guest experience.
    • Develop and oversee VIP programs and other customer loyalty initiatives.

    Financial Management:

    • Manage the financial aspects of the lounge/nightclub, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.
    • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with financial policies.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to drive revenue.

    Safety and Compliance:

    • Ensure that the lounge/nightclub complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
    • Oversee security operations to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
    • Implement and enforce policies related to alcohol service, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

    Event Management:

    • Plan and oversee special events, including live performances, themed nights, and private parties.
    • Coordinate with event planners, performers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful events.
    • Monitor event budgets and profitability.

    Marketing and Promotion:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to attract customers.
    • Oversee social media presence and ensure it aligns with the brand’s image.
    • Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations to drive traffic to the lounge/nightclub.

    Maintenance and Upkeep:

    • Ensure that the lounge/nightclub is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
    • Coordinate with maintenance staff or contractors for repairs and upgrades as needed.
    • Regularly inspect the premises to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality or nightlife industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
    • Knowledge of health, safety, and liquor laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in using POS systems and other relevant software.

    Senior Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial information.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
    • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
    • Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirements.
    • Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other balance sheet accounts.
    • Coordinate and facilitate external and internal audits.
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
    • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
    • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
    • Provide training and support to the accounting team on accounting principles and company policies.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
    • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
    • Analyse financial data and create reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Assist in cost management and efficiency initiatives.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting systems and software.
    • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Ensure proper documentation of accounting processes and procedures

    I.T Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Management of every IT Infrastructure both in the virtual and physical space such as the current company websites and company email address solutions
    • You will be required to carry out such other duties and job functions as determined by management from time to time
    • Planning and undertaking scheduled system maintenance/upgrades
    • Provide routine maintenance and upgrades required (internet and telephony) on a regularly scheduled basis ensure smooth workflow
    • Diagnosing IT System problems, inefficiencies, and weaknesses & reporting weekly
    • Deliver IT solutions (internet, telephony, hardware, and software) in accordance with company budget, timeframe, policies, protocols and procedures
    • Manage and update the company's website periodically
    • Provide advice on technology best practices and IT support to the team
    • Implementing a technological solution to meet business needs
    • Setting up accounts for staff, training and educate them on new technologies and resolve issues arising
    • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
    • Planning, implementation, and monitoring of IT related project(s) to ensure effective delivery of tasks
    • Analysing and determining security threats
    • Keep records of software licenses, website subscription/renewal dates
    • Collaborating with the technical in-house team to ensure familiarity with technology
    • Provide regular and timely feedback and reports, escalating problems and proffering solutions
    • Design both digital and print materials for the company, Hunta corporate solutions, Rotawn Energy & Logistics Services Limited and First Source Management Limited
    • Analysing a company's IT system and architecture
    • Assist with IT related tender submission process for Rotawn Energy and Logistics Services Limited

    Front Desk Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
    • Receive visitors and render necessary assistance when necessary.
    • Schedule meetings, book appointments for directors.
    • Coordinate the dispatch of mails, letters, Memos/reports (electronic and physical).
    • Coordinate and close monitor all the duties of the domestic staff to ensure quality delivery of tasks.
    • Operating photocopy equipment, fax machines, printers, or other equipment necessary.
    • Maintain records and logs of facility activities and requirements.
    • Procurement and maintenance of office supplies, stationeries, and equipment.
    • Keep up to date Inventory record of all company’s property.
    • Liaise closely with the account department in the reconciliation of vendors payments.
    • Coordinate activities of all third-party contractors/vendors e.g. Newspaper vendor, maintenance & repair vendors, and suppliers to ensure top notch delivery of service.
    • Required to carry out such duties and functions assigned by Management from time to time.
    • Coordinate all activities relating to the operations of the generator as to:
      • Generator Operation Oversight: Take charge of operating diesel generators, ensuring they are started, monitored, and shut down as required to meet facility needs.
      • Routine Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance tasks for diesel generators, including oil changes, filter replacements, and general inspections, in collaboration with maintenance staff or external service providers.
      • Emergency Response: Act promptly in the event of generator malfunctions or power outages, implementing troubleshooting procedures and liaising with mechanics or technicians for immediate resolution.
      • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of generator operation, maintenance activities, fuel consumption, and any repairs or service performed, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
      • Fuel Management: Monitor diesel fuel levels, manage fuel storage facilities, and coordinate with diesel suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of fuel for uninterrupted generator operation.
      • Vendor Management: Liaise with mechanics, technicians, and diesel suppliers to coordinate service schedules, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of supplies, maintaining positive relationships with all external vendors.
      • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and environmental standards in all aspects of diesel generator operation and maintenance activities, prioritizing the safety of personnel and the integrity of equipment.
