    Legal Specialist III (SRL)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal counsel to senior management and various departments on complex legal matters including corporate governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiation, and interpret laws, regulations, and policies to ensure organizational compliance and mitigate risks.
    • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate high-value and complex contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
    • Litigation Management: Oversee and manage litigation and dispute resolution processes, including coordinating with external counsel and representing the organization in legal proceedings. Develop and execute strategies to resolve disputes effectively and minimize legal exposure.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification from an accredited institution.
    • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in a senior legal role, with a strong background in corporate law, contract management, and litigation.
    • Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proven track record of managing complex legal matters and high-value contracts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Senior Civil Engineering Manager III

    Key Responsibilities

    Qualifications

    • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a management or senior leadership position.
    • Skills:Strong technical knowledge and experience in civil engineering disciplines, including structural, geotechnical, and environmental engineering.     Senior Safety Manager III

    Key Responsibilities
