    Product Manager

    Job Description

    • As a Product Manager, you will lead the delivery team, set roadmaps, and be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of products in alignment with organizational goals.
    • Our product portfolio spans various categories, including products supporting credit intelligence and scoring, loans disbursement, integration with partners, Open Banking, processing high volumes of data through machine learning, and more.

    The scope of your role will include:

    • Maintenance, delivery, and future development of your product(s).
    • Building frameworks and reusable components to be used across products.
    • The future strategy and direction of these products.
    • Managing the customer/stakeholder relationships. continuous improvement of product quality, capability, and efficiency.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Formulating the vision for the product(s) and engaging teams and stakeholders in its development
    • Implementing product strategies consistent with the company's vision
    • Leading the production of roadmaps, release plans, and lifecycle plans
    • Developing a product through its lifecycle, including service assessments
    • Serve as an in-house expert for our products and become the go-to person for all functional issues.
    • Representing users and focusing on their needs throughout the delivery process
    • Leading the prioritization process for the development team's work through maintaining a balanced product backlog
    • Providing final sign-off on completed functional development before deployment.
    • Line management, coaching, and mentoring of Associate Product Managers and Interns Involvement in recruitment processes

    Minimum Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or any other relevant field.
    • Previous experience as a Product Manager is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products.

    Job Summary:

    • As a Wealth Manager - Liability Generation, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities to generate liability for the company.
    • You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions that meet their objectives while generating liability for the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to generate liability for the company through wealth management services.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions to generate new business opportunities.
    • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

    Qualifications:

    • Required: 5 years of sales and business development experience in banking or fintech companies.
    • Proven track record of generating liability and driving business growth.
    • Strong understanding of wealth management products and services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Preferred experience delivering on targets, deposit mobilization, reporting, and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated track record of success in managing client relationships, delivering investment performance, and achieving business growth targets.
    • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management principles.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts and build rapport with clients.
    • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.

    Finance Associate (Treasury)

    Job Summary:

    • As a Finance Associate with Treasury Experience, you will play a key role in managing the organization’s financial operations, including cash flow management, investment strategies, and financial reporting.
    • This position will focus on optimizing treasury functions such as liquidity management, bank relationships, and forecasting, while also supporting general finance tasks to ensure the company’s financial stability and growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Preparation and periodic update (as advised by CFO and members of EXCO) of an accounting policy framework. This will be in compliance with IFRS 9.
    • Process and administer payment operations within the company (expense, payroll and other transaction).
    • Execute treasury transactions, including fund transfers, loan disbursements, and investment activities.
    • Performance review and monitoring in line with set financial goals.
    • Financing reporting and reconciliation in line with IFRS 9.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential Financial information.
    • Preparation of the budget and financial forecast.
    • Analyse financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
    • Evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential.
    • Update daily financial performance and prepare weekly financial statement for the group.
    • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth banking operations and negotiate favorable terms for the company.
    • Reporting and forecasting /cashflow planning.
    • Collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives.
    • Identify new business opportunities.
    • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
    • Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
    • Other duties, as requested or directed by the Chief Financial Officer.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in a finance or treasury role.
    • Strong understanding of cash flow management, financial markets, and banking relationships.
    • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of financial risk management and treasury regulations.
